Abbiamo trascorso al Kempinski tre giorni veramente magnifici! La struttura è elegante e curata nel dettaglio. Bellissime le piscine esterna e interna e veramente di effetto la spa! Le stanze sono grandi e molto confortevoli, ma la cosa che veramente colpisce è la gentilezza e la professionalità dello staff. Assolutamente10 e lode! Solo un suggerimento: perché non mettere il bollitore nella stanza?

Habitación confortable y grande Demasiado aislado.El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien,a pesar de que lo intentaron arreglar y lo dijimos varias veces.La temperatura no bajaba de 26 grados

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits vom üblichen Häuserlärm einer Stadt und gerade richtig, um uns zwei Tage von unserer Sizilienrundreise zu erholen. Sehr gut gefallen haben uns die freundlichen Mitarbeiter am Empfang des Hotels und die freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Im Restaurant konnten wir vorzüglich speisen.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is very good. The location of this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. The private beach was not ready and not open.

The hotel style, very Nice fitting into the surroundings. The staff was always so helpfull and nice. The indoor facilities as well as the outside ones. The staff taking care of the mini club- really great with the Children! Perhaps the location,but more to blame on the italian roads connections. If you travel via motorway is ok but this one is very limited in Sicily. So taking normal roads takes à lot of time...
