Large rooms, fridge, very clean property.

Everything was good, location makes for using a car which we had so no complaints.

Clean, large room, nice swimingpool, good location with view on mount Etna and Taormina at 20 minuten driving.

Bad breakfast, no food available at daytime.

I liked that they had a pool and breakfast and parking.

I didn't like that the cleaning staff would not restock the restroom with anything, not even toilet paper. We stayed 5 days and you would think that they would re-supply the toilet paper or soap, but they did not. Also, did not like that as the only americans at the facility we were given the handicap room. The shower had no doors around it, there was water all over the bathroom floor after someone showered. I did not like that there were apartments in the back of our room and all night long, I mean all night long they were singing karaoke and the were not very good at it at all! Next time I would spend a little more money and stay somewhere closer to taormina. The hotel was about 3-4 blocks from the beach, not very close.

We liked the view - Etna and gardens from one side and swimming pool from the other side. Room/apartment was very spacious with balcony and fridge which was very handy.

When arrived to the hotel at 5.30pm our room/apartment still wasn't ready. We had to wait 30 minutes in reception to get the room. They didn't offer any complimentary drink knowing that there was a 32 degree heat outside! Hotel staff couldn't speak any English. Swimming pool belonged to the hotel was also used by local people. Hotel was not secure enough as there was no gates, anyone could just simply walk/drive to the bungalows. Restaurant was very pricy compering to other restaurants in Fondachello.

Good hotel in a great location, particulalry for the price. Excellent swimming pool area and great views of Mount Etna.

Personnel - only two words: THANK YOU! You are the best! Very friendly - like a nice family. Swimming pool, restaurant. I strongly recommend to have here at least one dinner. Before, have a little discussion with the cook and let him know what would you like to eat and drink. Superb!

The staff, location and facilities.

The balcony was terribly painted. And there was quite a lot of noise.

We had a great view at Etna Volcano. The price was good, because for the really cheap amount we had a fantastic view, close location to both beach and Etna and a swimming pool.

The staff is good, but they are not fast in doing something on your request. I had to wait about 10 minuties staying at the receprion while the girl on reception was talking with some other guy (from the hotel staff). Anyway all my requests were completed.

The staff was very helpful. Swimming pool is really nice and big. Nice view (Etna).

Communicating was something difficult (no English, just Italian)

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Leonardo, o proprietário do Hotel, um italiano muito simpático. Os jantares foram maravilhosos, preparados por um Chief, com preços excelentes. Na saída, nos presenteou com temperos colhidos na horta do Hotel e com uma garrafa de vinho para cada um dos 3 casais.. Recomendo.

Świetna obsługa, czysty, wygodny. Rewelacyjny właściciel Pan Leonard zawsze wesoły, zagadujący gości.

il personale cordiale efficiente e molto a la mano, chi siamo sentiti in famiglia . le stanze si trovano ubicate strategicamente intorno a la piscina e sono molto bene arredate , un posto ideale per passare le ferie in completo relax , e a poca distanza dell mare

Zeer vriendelijke mensen,alles prima geregeld zeer goed ontbijt.

Le stanze ampie con annesso bagno altrettanto ampio e spazio esterno ad esse. La possibiltà di usufruire della piscina in qualsiasi orario, personale gentile e simpatico.

I prezzi del ristorante un pò alti; il fatto che il personale addetto alla reception non sappia dare informazione su orari e fermate di autobus.

Ottimo Hotel a 10km dai giardini Naxos. Gole dell´ Alcantara a 20Km di distanza. Il personale molto gentile. Piscina molto pulita e molto ben curata !!! L´anno prossimo se tutto va bene ritorniamo in questo hotel per minimo di 10 giorni !!! Un saluto allo Chef molto gentile e a presto King´s House !!!!!

Non ce niente di negativo per un Hotel di 3 stelle che per Noi se ne merita 4 di stelle !!!
