The staff was very nice and went out of their way to help. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfeast was very good and generous. The perfect hotel for a stay in Rome, great location. |

The staff were always helpful, the room was smallish but comfortable, it was in a very good location...close to everything. Breakfast was something to be desired...some fruit would have been nice. |

The staff (man at the front desk in particular) was incredibly helpful and friendly. I really like the roof top and terrace with tables- that was nice. The decor of the rooms obviously needs renevation- perhaps different color? The muted blue felt a bit like a hospital. |

The hotel is located in the city center and allows easy access to mostly the main points of interest. Also close to Metro station. Hotel King is clean and provides the basic needs. I would expect more from Breakfast |

Staff were very freindly and willing to help. Hotel is also in a great location. Near to the Metro but not so close that it's noisy and crowded. |

the room was big and clean, the location of the hotel was very good for shopping, sightseeing and in a very nive neighborhood. The staff was very friendly. The streest in front of the hotel was quite noisy and not very comfortable for the rooms in the lower floors. Moreover the rooms could use some renovation as the decoration was a bit old. |

The location of the hotel, it's walking close to main attractions and the subway system. The room was bigger than I expected and the bathroom too. Everything were clean and ok. The photos in the web wasn´t so good, the hotel is better than that photos The TV was so small and the channels was not so interesting |

Hotel King is a great budget hotel. The location is excellent. Right down from the Spanish Steps and close to the Trevi. Convient to the Barberini metro stop. The staff were fantastic. They helped me contact relatives who didn't speak any English. I was a bit dubious after reading some of the negative reviews but hey you get what you pay for. |

Location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and helpful, our room had a very good sight (to the beautiful roots and balconies of other houses), the breakfast was OK (I missed the vegetables and fruits) The bathroom wasn't very clear. |

Location was ideal for my purposes being within easy walking distance of most of the main attractions & very convenient to A-Line metro for longer trips within the city. Note A-line plus connecting bus from end of line also allows very cheap connection to Champino airport. The hotel is also within walking distance of one of Rome's most beautiful parks - a useful retreat from the busy city bustle. Poor level of lighting in room, also only one working electrical socket. |

Its handiness to the main touristic venues add incredible value to the hotel. You can get exhausted around the city all day and take a rest on the spanish steps just a few steps away from the hotel without having to worry about taking another metro. A few additions to the breakfast menu, such as eggs/sausages would be great. |

Wonderfully located near the Spanish Steps! Rooms were clean and the bathroom quite large, for Italian standards. |
