Отель очень хорошо расположен, рядом императорские форумы, площадь Венеции. Завтрак хорошой, есть все что нужно для здорового питания, можно завтракать во внутреннем уютном дворике. Персонал доброжелательный, есть русскоговорящий администратор. При заказе отеля рекомендую оговаривать, чтобы окна номера выходили во внутренний двор. Несмотря на то, что улица тихая по ней все же ездят машины и их очень слышно в номере, это неудобство не сглаживает даже изумительный вид на форум. |

расположение отеля удачное, но больше похвалить нечего. Персонал отеля занимается моешнничеством - бронировали улучшенный дабл и видом на Палантин - предоставили сингл. Обменять отказались. В ответ на претензи сотрудник ресепшин смеялся в лицо. Никому не рекомендую бронировать этот отель. Сменить персонал ресепшн. |

Небольшой, очень удобно расположенный отель с претензией на дизайнерский изыск, неплохой ресторан, рядом с отелем в крошечном тупичке есть отличный gourmet-ресторан San Teodoro, очень рекомендуем Комната могла бы быть и побольше за эту цену, но ведь это Рим, так что... |

Отель замечательно расположен - до Форума и Капитолия 3 минуты пешком, и в то же время тихая улочка. До правильных мест питания, Трастевере или Кампо, тоже недалеко. Свежий ремонт, комфортные номера. Единственное, что не понравилось: мы жили на первом этаже и окно на улицу было закрыто снаружи каким то непрозрачным коробом до половины высоты, так что было видно лишь крыши и небо. Снимите короба с окон! |

We like KOLBE hotel for the next: good position - every point you can reach by foot, LARGE DOUBLE room with garden view, very nice staff on reception and in restaurant, good breakfast It is much more better to have coffee or tea making facilities in room and may be chair |

well decorated, very comfortable, good breakfasts and room service food of a high standard, staff very nice it's quite long walk anywhere - on the map it's just next to historical sights but you can't access them directly, you have to walk a long way to get to the entrance; bus or metro stops are c 15 minutes walk away, so if you have young children or older relatives (we had both) this is possibly a limiting factor. Also our family room was quite small - sofa bed for children - not one of the splt-level ones mentioned on the web site, don't know if this is because we got a cheaper rate than booking directly. |

Room was very modern and spacious. Restaurant was excellent and atmosphere was wonderful. Beautiful outside terrace. Our room had a beautiful jacuzzi tub but unfortunately, it was leaking and soaked the floor/carpet. A plumber spent 2 days in our room for repairs. |

Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Well equipped bathroom. Location not too far from Forum Romanum etc. Our room was unfortunately on the ground floor, facing the street. Not a lot of traffic but the cars at night seemed to go through our room. Made it hard to sleep in spite of the great bed. |

The Kolbe is a lovely modern hotel in a beautiful heritage building and it is central to many attractions. Even though it is in the heart of the city the location is very queit, and there is very little city noise. The staff were very professional. The shower looks great with mosaic tiling and loads of shower nozzles, but the water temperature is tepid at best and the pressure is low - all form and no function. It seems it be the case in Europe that dribbly cool showers are standard, (water/energy conserving?) so why install a multi jet shower? |

Great hotel, and we got a good deal, some how. I believe it is usually more expensive. Our room was a two-level loft, really nice. The staff were very helpful, and polite. The location was great for sight seeing Rome - we walked everywhere. |

greta modern room in excellent location. Bed was very comfortable and staff could not help us enough. Food in the restaurant was good(free glass of champagne with every meal) the mini bar in the room was not filled up everyday. i'm not sure whether this was policy or by acident. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also no iron |

REally lovely hotel, when we got the right room. They upgraded me to a suite, then I realised that it had a mezzanine floor, very uncomfortable and inconvenient. They then offered me a shoe box room, tiny, right on the other side of the hotel and not good value for the money I spent. I refused to accept this room. They they gave me a lovely lovely room! We were very happy! The restaurant was truly excellent though pricey. The return to hotel via the Capitoline Museum was so beautiful with bird's eye views of the forum at dusk. A heavenly spot. Excellent location for all sights. Piped music from the bar morning and all evening. Annoying! |
