Nothing at all!!!! Never go to this hotel!

Dear future guests, avoid Koru hotel. They cancelled our Christmas booking the night before our arrival!!!! It is difficut to imagine, but they did it!

Great location, nearby Cavour Metro and a short walk to Termini. Friendly staff and a good breakfast, with brewed espresso / cappucino! Free wifi!

Tea making facilities e.g. a kettle, couple of coffee mugs and maybe 1-2 bottles of distilled water will be great!

The location and the modern decoration.

The quality of the breakfast was very poor (for example, there was instant coffee) and the employees were not enough to manage all the customers

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Parking garage was a very helpful commodity.

The shower/bathtub could be renovated or remodeled. Extra pillows and bed spread was a little dirty.

The Hotel Staff were very polite and helpful specially Mr. Pietra at rception desk.

There were no fridge in the room

There was a bit of a language barrier.

The location of the hotel is very nice. It's right across from a metro and the train stations, so it's very easy to move around as all attractions are only a few stops away. The staff were also very nice and helpful. If you'll only be using this hotel to sleep then go for it, it's not bad and the price is reasonable compared to other hotels in expensive Rome.

The room size was way too small. There wasn't even a mirror in the room, and no toiletries other than a soap bar! Also it was kind of noisy- church bells at 7 Am, dogs barking all night, etc.

Staff and Location where perfect, Metro is a few steps away. Do rent a bike from the shop next door ask for Arturo ... Rome on a Vespa is a Must

Value for money, we considered to be low. Cleanliness and the amenities are not available.

The only thing I liked was the location.

The hotel is very over priced for what it is and does not deserve 4 stars. The room was not cleaned. There were still empty shopping bags and metro passes from the people who were staying before us. There was hair all over the room (on the bed, on the bed side table, on the floor, everywhere...) when we complained at the reception the guy did not even apologize or thank us for our comments. All he did was stare at us and then went back to whatever he was doing. There is no mini bar in the room. Had it been a 3 star hotel that was like 100 euro per night I wouldn't have expected more. But this hotel is not a 4 star hotel worth paying 160 euro per night for.

Really close to all the main sights

The front desk staff didn't know anything, not good places to eat in the area or transportation. They were more interested in talking on the phone or not being at the reception at all. We ordered a taxi to the airport and on the recommendation of the front desk we took a 10€ more expensive taxi cos he told us that the other taxes can't be trusted and that we will be picked up by a very nice car. The guy that picked us up had a very old rickety van, we were not very happy about this at all.

Extremely noisy i did not sleep at all

Good location in easy reach of most of the sites. Good size rooms. Internet access is much better than most.

Can be a bit noisy. Breakfast adequate but could be better. Maintenance is an issue.

This hotel is a fake. Dont trust the pictures you see on the net. It does not have 4 stars. I would give it maximum 2 stars. It has good location and thats all.

Breakfast is execrable. In the room the floor is without carpet. Tgr bed is very hard. The room is cold. There are no slippers, no glasses. The man a the reception should find another job, because he never smiles.

Location, large room, terrasse

Shower head was broken, shower was in bad shape, we where 3 persons, only to chairs on terrasse, terrasse door could bee opened from outside with a coin. Day two, out of bread 0900, day tree no coffi and no juice. Poorly breakfast.

On the 3rd floor, facing via Cavour was a bit noisy with traffic

The breakfast was just ok. The room was modern and spacious, the recipients were very helpful and speaking good English.

The cleaning lady doesn't like to clean, we has to call the front desk for a pair of clean towels to change the very obvious towels (were on the floor too!) We stayed for 4 or 5 nights and on the last night this happened, we really waited for her to notice! And she didn't clean the room she just put toilet paper and leave!! When someone came I just couldn't hold it and asked too look around the room is dirty! Never been vacuumed for 3 days! Come on! He apologized and the next day it was finally clean.

Excellent location, 15 minutes walk to Fontana di Trevi, 5 minutes walk to Colloseum, near metro station, close to Termini. Very safe area, lot of good restaurants in the neighbourhood. Room was big but simple. Beds very confortable. Breakfast adequate. Big bathroom. Good air conditioning.

Room was extremly noisy, we were on the second floor facing street. Window is not sound proof at all. Windows in the bathroom could not be closed, it was warm outside, but it could be cold during winter. Strange smell in the bathroom (sewage??). Room was big, but empty, no decoration at all, but location compensate for all shortcomings. In, brief I would give 3 stars to this hotel, not 4.

location is very good, staff is positive and ready to help

rooms might need some slight renovation, though it doesn't spoil the overall positive impression
