It is a nice hotel, which is localized in a very peaceful place, near almost all the tourist points. The bedroom was big and comfortable, appropriate for families with child. The bathroom was small; the breakfast was not so good and the swimming pool was dirty. We had dinner one night in the Hotel Restaurant, and it was not a good idea. We waited for almost 1 hour for our order and the food was not good. |

It was close enough and yet far enough from the city centre of Florence to be a great place to stay while exploring Florence. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other Florence hotels and the rooms are very nicely furnished. The triple room, which was beautiful and spacious, that we booked for our adult children had a "B.O." odour that couldn't be explained...Hotel staff were happy to move us. |

Staff spoke English very well. Friendly and helpful. The garage that the hotel use to park the car, tried to over-charge us ($50 instead of $15). |

The staffs are nice. when I arived at the hotel, I got tired because it took 24hours from my country. Although it was around 11 am, the staffs were tried to look for an available room for me. The room is not very big, but clean. |

The Hotel was situated in a quiet area, not too far from the main station, we were given a room with a balcony and that was excellent because we are both smokers and the breakfast was great. |

When we arrived at the hotel the staff were very helpful and courteous. Hotel is less than 10 minutes away from Florence railway station and about 10 minutes scenic walk to the shopping area. |

Quite central (walking distance to the old parts of Florence) with a pool (enjoyed by our daughter). Both the hotel staff and their facility for safe car park was indeed very good. |

location- less than 10minutes walk from the train station. Lovely quiet area very close to river, neighbourhood felt safe. Roof terrace with great views. Room with a balcony. Friendly efficient staff. The kitchen needs to better anticipate and plan for the amount of food needed to feed the number of hungry guests wanting breakfast. |

The reception desk was very helpful and tried their very best to accommodate us. The hotel was secure and the location close to the train station but quiet yet in good proximity to site seeing and museums. My family had two different rooms in order to accommodate all five adults. The double bed was a good size. The triple room had double beds and a daybed. This worked out wonderfully. No complaints about this hotel!! |

Very quiet location but yet walking distance to most of attraction, 10 mins walk to SM station, spacious room. Was disappointed to the fact that breakfast is not served on the roof terrace during my stay. Food selection at breakfast is average, worst scrambled egg I have ever had. Hotel room requires maintenance up keep. |
