The top of the building is the best with a pool but also lovely terraced area with bar. We had a upgraded room that was spacious with balcony which was excellent with limited street noise. The breakfast serving area was cramped and generally not fitting of a hotel of this standard. The breakfast was ok (limited choice) and again cramped to self serve. However, this was the best breakfast of our Tuscany holiday but should have been in consideration to grade of other establishments we stay in.Most sights are 20 min walk away, some further but reasonablely compensated by quiet street. |

The roof terrace I very nice. The standard of the hotel doesn´t live up to a 4 star hotel. Poor breakfest, expensive internet access, and small room, bed and bathroom. |

the room was well designed with good lighting and a nice bathroom. my room was quiet and comfortable. the breakfeast was very good with a large selection of food. the housekeeping staff made a lot of noise in the morning. my room was located near a closet or service room and they were going in and out and the door closing was very loud. |

I loved the roof terrace on the 5th floor although I didn't feel it was well advertised when we walked into the hotel. The en suite bathroom was gorgeous! No tea and coffee facilities in the room (which English people expect!). |

Our room at the Hotel Kraft was really quite spacious for a city hotel and very clean. The staff excellent. Quality of the breakfast was good, it was nice to see a big platter of fresh fruit. Lovely to have the pool to cool off in during the hot summer day. It was a little farther away from the centre of town than I thought....but still very doable and walkable. Nicer and felt safer to walk along the river to go in and out of the town centre in the evening. |

It was lovely to sit on the rooftop terrace in the evening having a glass of wine overlooking the rooftops of Florence. The bathroom was lovely and the air conditioning in the room was very welcomed. |

The views from the roof top of the hotel were amazing. When driving to hotel directions given were not good, there were roads closed off which we were not aware of. |

We enjoyed the location I.E. near to smn Station and within walkng distance of all the city highlights, the rooftop bar, the rooftop pool and the view of the Duomo etc. (from the roof). The service was excellent. The bed was not very comfortable. |

We received a corner room with two large windows and it was beautiful. The ceiling was a good 16 + feet high and the bed was very comfortable. It was August and hot, so having the small roof top pool was nice. The view from the roof top restaurant was beautiful. Within walking distance to the very centre of Florence. There are many little extras that can really add up here. They offer keyboards and Internet access from every TV in the rooms, but it adds up very quickly. Watching one movie from your room is 10 euros and the room service was ridiculously expensive. |

The staff where extremely polite and helpful and I think that is the most important thing when staying at a hotel. If it was a top hotel but the staff were rude I would not go back. |

Hotel Kraft was easy to get to , a few blocks from the main train station. Our stay was very relaxing. At the roof top bar and pool it was like being at an oasis in the city. Also a good location to explore the rest of the city. |

Nice and friendly staff. Swimmingpool on rooftop was great in the very hot summer. Nice outdoor restaurant and bar on rooftop with very polite and friendly staff. Situated in nice and quiet surroundings considering that there is only 1 km. to city center. Assure that the wifi connection actually covers alle hotelrooms. The wi-fi did not work in our hotelroom - even it is claimed to cover all over the hotel. We also recommend to lower the pretty high price for getting wifi access/connection (code). In many hotels this is a "free of charge" facility/service! |
