Wifi is very good, location is good, it's approximately 8-10 mins for SM Firenze train station depends who you ask for direction. The breakfast was nice, more options could have been better, I love the bacon and croissants, the fresh fruits are very sweet.
AC/heater depends on the weather. One night I woke up due to it's very hot in the room. I called the reception but nobody answered, so I decided to go down and asked them to fix the AC but they said it's fixed to heater because it's winter. The only solution was to open the windows.
It was a very welcoming and nice hotel. I liked the location too. Breakfast was semi-good, I got my tummy filled. Very clean. Very nice bathroom. I have no complaints.
There is a risk you will hear all the traffic in the corridor and your room neighbors if they're noisy. Too bad, the pool could not be used since it was November. It wasn't that cold though.
The staff at breakfast were excellent - friendly, helpful and polite The rooftop terrace is delightful
People were very friendly.
the fact that they didnot change towels 6 days !?
Great rooftop bar. Not crowded street, but still close to the main attractions. We got a grate advise from the concierge on the restaurants nearby.
The room needs renovation. Poor breakfast and expensive room service. No slippers and bath-cloth. It does not feel like a 4 star hotel.
The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was quite and not to far from the center.
The rooms were very dated and run down. There were wholes in the walls around the door frames, cracked sinks, dirty scuffed up walls, worn spots in the carpets and old worn down blankets on the beds.
Comfortable and rich in colour the bedroom was excellent. Spacious and with a gorgeous balcony view. Excellent rooftop terrace with pool and bar.
The location was in a pretty upmarket area - if you want to walk places from the Hotel then you might want one more central - however many of the central Hotels are not as stunning as this one!
Staff member Roberto was fantastic. Fantastic employee. Works so hard and goes the extra mile for guests. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. Good location
Restaurant upstairs very disappointing for dinner. Very uncomfortable ambience. Would suggest some background music to create a more relaxed environment. Also staff should not be answering mobile phones while serving guests. I teach customer service and this is very unprofessional and something I have never seen before
Small but sparkling clean rooftop pool was just the tonic for tired legs after a day walking to the tourist sites. Drying off with a spritz in hand and view of sunset over Florence afterwards was perfect. Room very comfortable and staff great.
Breakfast was extensive and certainly adequate, but overall nothing special. Milk was room temperature and the toaster dries rather than toasts the bread.
Good service, the receptionist is really kind, the only thing is that it was a little bit far of the turistic places.
Rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. The staff helpful, there is a restaurant and the hotel is on a quiet street within walking distance of all the sights in Florence.
Hotel Kraft is an adorable hotel, with nice rooms and a lovely rooftop, but what mostly stunned us was its staff. Everyone was very kind to us all the time. We had a medical situation, and the staff was very helpful and warm-hearted, managing all our needs very successfully. We will never forget how wonderful Hotel Kraft team was - it meant a lot to us.
Location was great
Overall a great hotel in a lovely location about a 10 minute walk from the centre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great room with plenty of storage. Wi-fi was excellent. Lovely views from the bathing area.
Breakfast let it down. Food wasn't replenished quickly enough. Stale bread was not removed. Had to pay extra for fresh orange juice yet there was no notice to advise of that. The stay included breakfast so why is a 4* hotel charging an extra €2 per glass for fresh orange juice? Breakfast room decor needs updating. On certain days, there weren't enough sunbeds.
Balcony in room Terrace on roof where you could have breakfast Bar on terrace Small swimming pool on roof and sun bathing area Situated in quiet area
10-15 minute walk to station
Excellent staff, location just a short walk away from the centre, and very comfortable bed and facilities were good.
Wifi was a bit slow.
The rooftop is just brilliant with amazing views of the city. Staff was polite, especially the handyman.
The hotel could use some refurbishment. We had a problem with a room but staff was nice enough to accommodate us in another room. Breakfast was not great.
Location is near enough to walk into Florence but quieter. Roof Terrace is superb May miss the rooftop pool Comfort at an acceptable price
Roof top terrace was excellent. Situation is in a quiet street a gentle and pleasant walk along the Arno to the main sights.
Easy access and perfectly situated near to city center and monuments.
The location and helpful staff.
The daily rate is fair.Internet conection worked well.
Access is not easy when you arrive with médium lugagges. There is two stairs since the entrance gate to the reception and nobody from the reception offered to help us with the lugage.Worse than that , we stayed in the second flor and once arriving there using the elevator, a new surprise with new stairs to achieve our apartment.Breakfast was poor considering a four star hotel.I was expected the hotel location was closer to the historic center and Santa maria Novell station as it was informed in the booking.com site but it wasn't.Actually it is a 20 minutes walking distance from the Rail station and more than 30 minutes to the historic center
- Rooftop bar and pool - Lovely luxurious rooms - Great breakfast - Friendly staff - Convenient car valet service for 20 euros, which was cheaper than some other hotels offering off-site parking for 24
Pool, breakfast, and cleanliness.
I have stayed a few times at this hotel and the room I had was more expensive, and not as nice this time around. Perhaps its because its high season. Some rooms are more modern than others.
Our room was close to kitchen so it was a bit noisy
location and staff
shower and toilet in one compartment, without shower tray
