Hotel Kraft  

Heerlijk hotel met klassieke uitstraling mede door de hoge plafonds. Gelegen in een rustige straat op loopafstand van het historische centrum.

Ik kan bijna niets negatiefs bedenken behalve dat we een vrij hard bed hadden, maar misschien was dit alleen op onze kamer het geval.

Centrum op loopafstand. Mooie kamer. Goed ontbijt. Zwembad is welkome verfrissing in de stad bij 33 graden. Garage in de buurt.

Hotelpersoneel brengt auto naar een garage. Dit kun je zowel positief als negatief ervaren. Kost 25 euro per 24uur afhankelijk van model auto. Parkeren in buurt van hotel is alleen toegestaan voor omwonenden.

Everything was really good. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The lobby was beautiful, staff friendly, and room historic. The location was very close to the sights and piazzas and the valet parking was wonderful!

A warm welcome on arrival with friendly, helpful staff at all times during meals and drinks at the bar. Located reasonably close to the train station and within 15 mins walk of some of the main attractons.

Breakfast was excellent and wait staff very friendly and accommodating.

Wifi rates were not competitive which drove me to use internet cafes in preference to paying a daily rate and staying in my room to use the Internet there. Would have much preferred a slighter higher cost per night and free wifi.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from main attractions so good and quiet. Hotel staff excellent, very friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar, restaurant and swimming pool were a major feature, perfect after a hard day's site seeing.

Great location! Enough to be out of the main area, but not too far to walk. Bar & restaurant staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Fantastic to sit on the roof and by the pool, have a drink and enjoy the vista's surrounding the hotel.

My only complaint was the noise early in the mornings from the cleaning staff.

The noise early in the morning by the cleaning staff. They started work at 5.30am every morning and made a lot of noise in the hall way.

Friendly staff in great location. Comfortable room with lovely bathroom. Great to have a swimming pool and roof terrace.

Beverages at breakfast were the only disappointment. Coffee from a machine and no fresh juice.

The room was very spacious. The bathroom was as good as new.The rooftop pool was refreshing.

It is a 10 minute walk from the main Florence attractions.

the location is really good. It is within walking distance to train/bus station, as well as most of the tourist sites. My room is old and small, however, I saw some nice rooms which is new and big. I hope I will have the chance to stay in the big and new room in the future.
