Het panoramische terras op de bovenste verdieping van Hotel Kraft is voorzien van een daktuin, een zwembad en een restaurant. Treinstation Santa Maria Novella ligt op slechts 5 minuten loopafstand. De kamers hebben een minibar, airconditioning en satelliettelevisie. Het Kraft Hotel ligt in een rustige woonwijk van Florence en dicht bij rivier de Arno en de Ponte Vecchio. U kunt parkeren bij een garage in de buurt, die vervoer biedt van en naar het hotel. Elke kamer is voorzien van vloerbedekking of parketvloeren en een eigen badkamer met een bad of een douche. Sommige kamers hebben uitzicht op het historische centrum van Florence. De bar serveert internationale cocktails en tussen april en november is het uitstekende restaurant geopend. Heerlijk hotel met klassieke uitstraling mede door de hoge plafonds. Gelegen in een rustige straat op loopafstand van het historische centrum. Ik kan bijna niets negatiefs bedenken behalve dat we een vrij hard bed hadden, maar misschien was dit alleen op onze kamer het geval.

Centrum op loopafstand. Mooie kamer. Goed ontbijt. Zwembad is welkome verfrissing in de stad bij 33 graden. Garage in de buurt. Hotelpersoneel brengt auto naar een garage. Dit kun je zowel positief als negatief ervaren. Kost 25 euro per 24uur afhankelijk van model auto. Parkeren in buurt van hotel is alleen toegestaan voor omwonenden.

reception staff was very friendly and helpfull. room was clean. breakfast was not elaborate but sufficient. location : quite a walk from the city center and not "a few steps from the main monuments" !! room was very old fashioned furnished, looked dowdy, needs an urgent update. too expensive for its value.

It lived up to the reviews I had read on the internet. It was professionally run with staff who spoke a variety of languages fluently, were attentive and knowledgeable and who seemed to be proud to work there. The triple room was generously proportioned with a comfortable, tasteful en suite bathroom, appropriate for me and my two teenage daughters. I particularly chose Hotel Kraft because of its proximity to the centre, yet nearness to the river and in a quiet road which did not have through traffic or shops. I would stay there again without hesitation. Being British, I would have liked to have been able to make a cup of tea in the room, but when in Italy, do as the Italians do. The cakes at breakfast were excellent and so was the coffee! No significant negatives.

The hotel was very peaceful superior suite had balcony overlooking avenue with gardens very close to river, short walk to city centre.. . Staff not very welcoming. No tea or coffee facilities in room. No electric sockets in room, one in bathroom. Breakfast choice was limited.

1- the hotel is 15 mins walking to the city center and 8 mins to train station. 2- Wi-Fi is free in the hotel and they give several access to your mobile, laptop and tap without charging any extra money. 3- the hotel staff is nice and cooperative. 4- the breakfast is average and suitable. 5-The bed is clean and comfortable 6- the bathroom is clean and well maintain if I visit Florence again I will choose this hotel again. 1- The sound isolation between the rooms need to be improved. 2- my room floor need some maintenance. 3- the food in the Bar is below average. 4- no car parking.

An excellent hotel for the city trip. Very helpfull and polite staff, good breakfast and comfortable room. Was pleasant to come back after a long day ant to heave a rest. It's not in the cebter of the city but despite it takes 15 min. To get the historical center! The was only one door in a shower cabin, so after taking a shower the floor in a bathroom was totally wet..

From the momnetr we walked into this hotel until the time we left, every staff member from the front desk ,staff cleaning the rooms. bartender/breakfast attendant were proffessional and excellent! The hotel has a wonderful roof top bar/patio over looking Florence that in good weather is the perfect spot to relax before or after your daily activities. I cannot say one negative thing about this hotel and if i went back to Florence i would DEFINETLY book this hotel again!

Friendly desk help.. Clean airy room.. With great view and lovely brekfast patio overlooking the city. .... Perfect for a night view of the city of Florence. We stayed here during a one night stay in Florence and truely enjoyed our vist and wish our stay had been longer.

A warm welcome on arrival with friendly, helpful staff at all times during meals and drinks at the bar. Located reasonably close to the train station and within 15 mins walk of some of the main attractons.

Extremely helpful staff, everyone taking great pride in what they do - their recommendations for local restaurants were excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was a much appreciated feature and offered a nice finish to long days. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Breakfast was excellent and wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Wifi rates were not competitive which drove me to use internet cafes in preference to paying a daily rate and staying in my room to use the Internet there. Would have much preferred a slighter higher cost per night and free wifi.

Good location, 10 minutes walk from main attractions so good and quiet. Hotel staff excellent, very friendly and helpful and the rooftop bar, restaurant and swimming pool were a major feature, perfect after a hard day's site seeing. No tea or coffee making facilities in room

Location , amenties , hotel staff extremely helpful, beautiful setting from rooftop with pool, fabulous breakfast with "matre d" very accommodating to our needs as we had an early check out.Situated on river, quiet location in Florence. No mini fridge.

Great location! Enough to be out of the main area, but not too far to walk. Bar & restaurant staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Fantastic to sit on the roof and by the pool, have a drink and enjoy the vista's surrounding the hotel. My only complaint was the noise early in the mornings from the cleaning staff.

Great hotel, great rooms, good location, good price for peak season and a nice little pool on the room with fantasic views of the city. The only downside is that the prices in the bar / restaurant are to high but i would go back to this hotel again.

The roof top pool and bar. It was very relaxing coming back to the hotel pool and bar after sight seeing or shopping. The noise early in the morning by the cleaning staff. They started work at 5.30am every morning and made a lot of noise in the hall way.

Close to us Embassy and the canal leading to all favorite spots. Rooftop is romantic for night time viewing. Breakfast is great. Staff too stress out and stress us out as well when asked them to assist us with tour reservations.
