Hotel Kraft    

Great location, just over 5 mins from station and 10 mins from centre of Florence. Clean spacious rooms - we even had a little balcony, 4th floor, lovely views. But not as good as the actual roof terrace on the 5th floor! Unfortunately too cold to use the roof terrace swimming pool. Extensive breakfast buffet.

A bit too formal for our liking. Breakfast room was very noisy and extremely busy with a coach load full of people. Staff did not 'welcome' and attend to us till we literally finished our breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. Generous breakfast buffet and great service by Roberto and staff. An easy 15-20 minute away from old city center but also serviced by bus if needed. One short block from river side stroll to Ponte Vecchio. Just enough outside the city core that it didn't have that city hustle feeling. Hotel is pleasant, clean and we would stay there again with no hesitation. Rooms were large and most have nice balconies overlooking a quiet street in front of hotel.

We had a crying baby in the next room for one night....but that was not the hotels fault and the little one was just being a little one.

Everything is really very nice. Very friendly staff. Beautiful location in a quite place not far from the centre.

bit dirty, dusty balcony. Refridgerator was wet and unappropriate to use as there is electronic card system in the hotel.

Rooms look and smell a bit old

Location was OK (10min to station). Room was nice and spacious for family with little kids. Breakfast was nice with some variety. Staff was friendly.

I enjoyed my stay at the Kraft, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was very good with many options both warm and cold. Close to main sites, museums, train station, and the Arno for strolling along the river. Comfortable beds, modest size but clean rooms with big bathroom.

The staff were lovely and so helpful, the free breakfast was excellent, the room was terrific and so clean and comfy, and it was 50m from the river.

We live in a room next to kitchen it was noise and force us to wake up at 6am. The staff arrange us in a bad location but staffs are trained and helpful with polite.

No dislikes

We were coming to Firenze for a visit. As we stayed there several times during the period 1973-77, we decided we would do it again on our first trip to Italy since 1977. We like the staff, location, and quality of out room. Will stay there again the next time we visit.

The dinner service and selection can stand some improvement although the breatfast is excellent.

Great value and short walk to the main sights

All the staff, from reception, to the dining room to the breakfast room were absolutly wonderful. Friendly, helpful and organised. We needed a taxi to a dentist for one of our group and it was organised on time and made very easy by the staff. We also had two large vechiles that we where given help to park them overnight in an appropriate place close to the hotel. Thank you.

Loved everything - wish we stayed more than one night

Clean, spacious room, they gave us an upgrade upon arrival. Nice view from the roof top. Walls were pretty thin we felt like we could have had a conversation with the guests in the next room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooftop with view of city. Location was just off the beaten path enough to not be crowded but close enough to walk to the major attractions. Room was large enough and bed was comfortable.

Was way to noisy at night with window open. Stayed on the third floor and could hear the shuffle of chairs upstairs in the dining area until 11:30 PM.

Excellent hotel and location. Very quiet neighbourhood and yet accessible to the centre of Florence. Good selection of breakfast buffet. Very courteous and friendly staff at the front desk. Roberto and Fatima were exceptionally kind to the hotel's clients, Will recommend to friends and relatives.

Friendly staff, fabulous spacious room. Great location. The pool was also a welcome addition to cool down!
