The hotel was just as it was described on booking.com - it was really clean, the room was big enough, they changed the towels and made bed every day and everything worked great (air conditioning, TV, hair dryer). The location is great (just 10 minutes by metro from Colosseum)! Best price for value! Monotonous breakfasts (croissant and great coffee) and just one wardrobe for our clothes, but otherwise great! |

Location is good, close to Metro-stop (Policlinico) and Trams nr 3 (to Trastevere) & 19 (to Vatican) go nearby. The price of the room for our late booking (one day before the actual stay...) was very economical. Breakfast was normal what you get in Italy in this hotel-class, croissants were at least very fresh and not the plastic-wrapped-type you get way too often, and the cappuccino was great! The price of the parking just next to the hotel entrance was not 17€/day (as advertised on hotel information), but it was 45€ for two days (22,50€ per day), this apparently varies by the size of the car to be parked (we had a Volvo V70). No biggie for us, just a reminder for future visitors coming with their own car. |

Quite far away from the centre - quite a distance walking on foot from Termini. To noisy - very thin walls - everything is heard |

Friendly attitude of staff. Very good value for money.Not far from city centre. No 19 Tram goes from the Hotel to the Vatican City. A bit hard to find. |

The room was nice and very clean, the beds were good. It's situated next to Policlinico, which means that the annoying noises of the ambulances are audible all the time. Other disturbances were many planes from the nearby airport and some noisy air conditioning units in the quite awful backyard. You can clearly hear other guests talking and watching TV in the next rooms. Breakfast was ridiculous. |

I like the hotel. Metro(subway) is close. Also the city center. The view from the room. Poor breakfast (like in all italians hotels). |

Nice hotel if cappucino & croissant is enough for you to start your day :) Quiet area, just a few minutes walk from the metro station. Good restaurant & pizzeria nearby. |

Everything - clean room, nice staff, reasonable price, although it may not seem at first sight it has convenient position also (tram 19 can take you to Galeria Borghese or Vatican). Some other reviewers complained about the fact that the hotel was not easy to find - the owners put huge signs on Via Treviso, so now it is quite easy. |

I liked the room as such - it was quite clean. All the equipment (tv, air conditioner, hairdryer) worked well. Close to underground station, which is very important in Rome, where they've got only 2 underground lines. Value for money Location is convenient (2 underground stations from both Termini and Tiburtini stations), although the hotel actually situated between several apartment buildings - the front of the hotel does not look good at all. An elevator did not work and we had to bring our luggage (7 bags) to the 2nd floor (from groundfloor) by ourselves (although the reception man helped us with 1 bag). Poor breakfast.. |

Clean Hotel room and bathroom even if it is tiny... Breakfast was a farce with just coffee and croissants! The micro mini elevator never worked, and lugging suitcases up an appartment steps is no joke..the staff can be a little more friendly! Noisy corridors especially during nights. |

Location The hotel is children unfriendly. They have no baby cot and no baby chair for the breakfest. How come, when they say in the hotel information that children are welcome and can even stay in baby cots in the room for free? In addition, the walls separating the rooms are very very thin. You can perfectly hear what people in the next room talk and make. |

location was OK The members of the staff did not help at all and some of them were rude with us. We asked them to provide an extra bed to our room, we emailed them a couple of months before and when we got there there was no extra bed. |
