Score from 676 reviews Very good
room was clean; it's small, but comfortable; you have all keys you need to go inside the house;
toilet and shower are not in the room
Room was clean, bed was made every morning Staff was helpful and kind Termini station was just a 10-min walk Great value if you do not care about not having internet access, and you just want to explore the city
No Wi-fi No kitchen availability Noisy neighbourhood (there are some shops and restaurants nearby) It is not a Hotel...it is more like an apartment where you get a room for two or more
I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Kristi! It is very easy to access from Termini and Repubblica subway stations. A lovely place, very quiet and comfortable. I am more than satisfied.
The location is very-very central and easy to get everything. There are many restaurants with local foods in neighborhood, and many cafes where you can have breakfast. I can highly recommend that place
They waited for us on our late check in. The man was very kind.
They didn't answer to our emails. With these money you can find much much better. It was like a room of abandoned house. Small and old. Very old.
Very clean and very good location
price but it's Rome :)
Happened to stay there and hated every minute of it. You get what you pay for: horribly noisy - looks like there is some shaft going though the walls directly from the restaurant beneath. I've heard someone washing piles of cutlery&dishes like if they were doing it right under my bed, dirty - I had even ash on the floor for two days (since i meved in). Walls painted in disgusting green, cheapy ceramic bathroom tiling throughout. Avoid like a plague!
The room was clean and comfortable. Good for 1 night which I stayed. I slept very well.
Very good location of the hotel
in front of the hotel is quite busy street so we had some problems with sleeping
The location, Owners/Staff, Amenities = Shower was excellent, Able to come and go as I pleased, Away from busy roads,
having to use 4 keys to get into the my room, No A/C, was a little warm some nights.
Possibility of late check in, central location, close to railway station
lack of wifi
This is not a hotel - this is a hoStel. Toilet in our room was the size of a shoebox. Apart from being small it was broken as was the shower. The bathroom itself is looked as a part of an old caravan (!) squeezed inside the room. Very dissapointing.
the location next to Termini train station. the kindness of the host, very pleasant. a cheap room in the host flat, very clean.
clean rooms, bathroom and toilet.
because there is a restaurant downstairs, the entire building smells of food.
The staff was very nice. :) Wash basin in the room was exellent! :)
I missed a small refrigerator in the room...Else, I was content with everything. :)
The location is great, only 20 minutes walk from Fontana Di Trevi and 10 minutes from the Rome Termini, the room and the toilet were clean and the man that works there was very friendly.
The wife was very nervous all the time and never in good mood.
the location was ok
The lady was really rude with us. Just because we called at the door more than once (you can't hear it ringing) it doesn't mean that she had to yell at us and insult us for more than half an hour. Then the room was not even close to clear, you could see dust everywhere and the smell inside was awfull, not to mention that even the clothes hungers were full of dust. We do NOT reccomend this hotel!
The landlady is friendly. The bathroom is clean. Quiet in the evening. Nice location.
the possibility to leave our luggage in the hotel till our departure
The location is near the Termini station.
I really didn't like the service. The owner was so unkind, there is no airconditional, and noisy at night. You have to check in 10am. - 7pm. If you go there late, you can't check in It made me a terrible day on the trip
Location is great, downstairs you have place to eat! Nice bed mattress, small but clean shower. The towels were changing daily!
Once we were cut off from water pipes but landlady fixed very fast.
Its clean 15min walk to termini
Its not a hotel Noisy room in the wee hours of the morning- cars, people Unfriendly staff - we requested for twin bed then they gave us a double bed, she said that we were only staying for a night. Didn't felt welcome "guest". Heads up no airconditioning and fans
Hotel Kristi is a good budget choice in Rome - you can walk to the Spanish Steps in about 20 mins. It is quiet and clean. It is also 10 mins walk to Rome train station which is very convenient, for catching trains or shuttle buses to either airport in Rome.
Hotel in the center, to the stairs Spanish 15 min. foot. Clean, well maintained, with friendly owners, would recommend!
The staff are so friendly and helpful
