The location and the friendliness of the staff. I definitely liked the size of the room and the way the bedroom was separated from the bathroom and the main door via corridor. The smell in the room, a bit not that clean and oldish.

Camere ben arredate e nuove con nuovi Lcd. La notte si dorme benissimo , silenziosissimo nonostante la posizione più che centrale. Ottimo per chi deve soggiornare al centro di Ragusa. Colazione ben assortita e molto ricca. Staff gentile e cordiale . Ho cenato al ristorante dell'Hotel e ci ho mangiato davvero bene !c'è anche il wifi gratis! Devo dire che consiglierei l'Hotel Kroma ad tutti, sono stato davvero molto bene ! Positivissimo!

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione dei bus e alla stazione ferroviaria, comodo per chi viaggia con I mezzi pubblici. Confortevole e accogliente. Non verificato il livello della colazione perchè partiti molto presto.
