What a pleasant surprise to find an airport hotel of this caliber. The management goes out of its way to facilitate matters, such as dropping off a rental car and getting to the airport. Highly recommended for anyone who has to deal with the Palermo airport.

The hosts were pleasant and helpful in all aspects. We were driven to a great restaurant "Grace" and picked up afterwards. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Very nice place to stay, not far from the Palermo city, the natural reserve and the beach. The room is very nice and clean. The owner is extremely hospitable and can make you feel home. He even made us breakfast 4 in the morning and then drove us to the airport. Good location close to Palermo Airport, owner Claudio's assistance with a car hire problem and his willingness to take us both to a good local restaurant and the airport. Rooms very clean and generous in size. Free wifi. Stress free way to end our holiday.

The staff was excellent, and very helpful in making arrangements to get us to the airport for a very early morning flight. They also took us to a restaurant and arranged for our return to Kunesias.

I recommend a good map or other means to find the B&B.

Perfect location near Palermo Airport (11 km's to drive) to stay first/last night when you rent a car and plan to drive around Sicily. Nice rooms, good beds, free parking just outside. Friendly service. Free, good-quality internet.

Warn water was only lukewarm in shower.

Very convenient for early morning departure from Palermo airport. Claudio couldn't have been more helpful. He drove us to a very nice restaurant (Grace), and when we were done, his wife came and got us. He had breakfast laid out for us at 4:00 AM! If we hadn't had our own car, he probably would have driven us to the airport.

town not particularly nice, but ok for quick stopover. The restaurant they take you to is middling, but convenient.

The owner was amazingly friendly and helpful. He drove us to (and picked us up from) a restaurant for dinner because he didn't think the restaurants nearby within walking distance were good. The room was quite large, and the common area was as well. It was very cozy, and we felt very welcomed. It is also fairly close to the airport, which was convenient for our early morning flight.

The location is a bit far away to walk to places you might want to go, but it's okay if you have a car.

Hotel owner Claudio was very kind to us! I strongly recommend to stay here.

Reasonably close to Palermo's Falcone Borsellino Airport. As far as I know, there are no airport hotels in the US style, meaning chain hotels with a van shuttle service suitable for business travelers or others with an early morning connection. One either has to stay in Palerma (almost 1 hour away) or find a place in one of the nearby towns like Cinisi. The host at Kunesias is gracious and friendly. When I arrived on Jan 6, there were 20 children having a party - they were very friendly and gave us cake and spumante - very funny. Hint: ask the host for a ride to the airport because the taxi services at the airport are outrageously expensive.

Close to the airport - we had an early morning flight from Palermo. The staff was helpful and even made a dinner reservation and drove us to the restaurant and picked us up.

Hard to find. In a crowded neighborhood and the website needed more directions for folks coming to the hotel/B&B in their own car.

Great location and get host. Kunesias is close to the Palermo airport, perfect for early morning flights. Claudio the host drove me and picked me up from a great little restaurant and then for a small fee drove me to the airport early in the morning.

I chose Kunesias because it was close to the airport. The owner Claudio is an excellent host. The B & B is lovely. Claudio drove us to a restaurant and then picked us up later. He was available at 5 am so we could have his delicious breakfast and then for ten euros he drove us to the airport. I would highly recommend this B & B.

Owner Claudio had a staff member present to meet us when arrived mid afternoon and was then there himself to lead us to the airport, turn in our rental and drive us back to his B&B. That evening he gave us and another couple that were staying there rides to & from a very nice seafood restaurant as there is nothing in the immediate area of the B&B. Likewise, he was up before 5:00 a.m. to prepare breakfast and drive us to the airport to catch our exit flight. Very accommodating. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was bright & cheerfull.

A lack of restaurants and stores in the immediate area but, on the other hand, very quiet for a restfull sleep.

Host was exceptional. He even drove us to the airport for a reasonable amount.

Our room was very clean and spacious The owners were extremely helpful. It is very close to the airport so convenient for early morning flights making this b & b very useful. Parking was easy on the street. The city itself is small but there is a great beach a few km down the road Owner drove us to restaurants that were great.

As we had an early morning flight from Palermo to Rome, we wanted a place with close access to the airport, and without the hustle-bustle of Palermo-proper..hence looking in Cinisi. Claudio, the proprietor, was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. He responded to e-mail quickly, he arranged for dinner reservations at "Grace" restaurant in Cinisi (very good meal and very reasonable price), and drove us to the restaurant and arrange for transport back to the B&B. He also took us to the airport in the morning for a reasonable fee. The accommodations were fresh and appealing with ample room, the internet access was free and the breakfast was fine. I would recommend this experience to others seeking close-to-the-airport accommodations.

Clean, friendly, nicely updated and configured. Very helpful staff. Transportation to and from a nice restaurant. Wish we could have stayed longer. However, we selected this b&b because it was an easy access to the airport for an early morning flight.

Liked everything about the facilities. Enjoyed the family and staff. As others have indicated it is difficult to find even though the maps on the web page are most helpful. The problem is something the b&b cannot fix-- the street names are very faded on the side of the corner houses and challenging to spot while the very narrow one way streets can be a challenge too. Once on the correct street, there is parking available and the neighbors are helpful.
