Friendly Staff Breakfast Clean room
Location is not good but very close the city centre No car park
The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of a building on Via Nationale. It is a 20 minute walk to the center. Rooms are clean, functional bathrooms, internet works well in the room. Breakfast is pretty poor. The staff is friendly.
I and my mother went on a journey Italy started from 4 th October holding eight days. First three days starting from Milano were good, but unfortunately due to the hotel, 'Hotel Kursaat&Ausona', our trip became very bad. This hotel was really very bad, there was no heating system in the room,no quilt covered on one side with a sheet just very thin bed sheet and thin overlying on the bed. During the night we felt cold and asked person on duty to solve the problem, but the person told me he was inability to do anything, he only gave me just a blanket which was not clean at all. That night we had to go bed with our coats and next day my mother couldn't go anywhere she was chilled and wakeful this harmed our trip. This hotel never deserves three stars at all, probably just one star, pillows were not clean, bath room was very small and its ceiling was spotted probably leakage trickled sometimes. Wireless was not working. Very old and dirty furniture...
Room was a good size and clean with friendly staff.
Very small lift had to fold up the stroller to get in.
short walk from train station and Easy walk to market, galleries, safe and comfortable staff wonderful and very accommodating. host gives guided tour of Florence ...excellent !!! loved the hotel !
Location, Air Conditioning, Helpful Staff, Breakfast Okay,Clean larger Room. Elevator.
Unattended barking dog late at night. Staff sleeping. Could not get resolved. Tiny shower. Okay for us smaller folks, but anyone over 170 lbs. will not fit.
Close to the central railway station.
We booked 6 nights, but escaped just after 3. We decided to book another hotel, loosing money but saving our time and nerves. Poor breakfast, dusty interior and noisy street under the windows. Owned and operated by a greedy family. Even for a cup of hot water we were charged with 1 EUR. If your haven't faced soviet hotel, you will. Two stars would be just.
Great location close to everything and train station. Was able to walk everywhere
Convinient location, friendly staff and nice breakfast.
The staff was ok. The room was quiet until the evening when the outside noise and breaking of glass bottles wakes you.
I have stayed in hostels similar in style and service only the cost at a hostel is less. Some sketchy people and area nearby hotel. Difficult to get to by car due to one way roads.
-location was close to most museums and points of interest -good breakfast
-neighbourhood was a bit sketch -door to registration bangs very loudly- all it needs is some cushion stoppers- would help everyone on the floor sleep better!
If you're after the basic necessities, this is the place. It was close to everything, the rooms were very clean. The wifi was a bit weak, but other than that really enjoyed staying here.
Wifi is poor
The location is good - close to the train station and many locations in Florence. The staff was very friendly.
Most everything was fine - breakfast was a bit dull, but not bad.
Good arrangement: hotel is close to all attractions. New bathroom equipment. Breakfast is rather good: tasty croissants, coffee machine. Helpfull staff. Air condition is good.
Had to keep windows closed at nights, because street is very noisy. Moreover the next building is reconstructed. 2 days there was no hot water. There was no hot breakfast.
Everything, great location, good breakfast, room clean.
Everything was perfect.
Great location, very close to the train station and San Lorenzo. Easy to walk everywhere. Nice and quiet room despite being on a busy road.
The quality of the breakfast was lower than expected. Coffee was not very nice.
Location, Great staff
Beds are a little firm, but that seems to be an italian tradition!
i liked it because its near the market area where they sell stuff for tourist the leather stuff and all. And the best part was the asian dining near the hotel good food with best price.
i didn't like the bathroom shower it was hard to take a bath with poor water running it took me an hour to finish bath because water was really slow with on n off heater.
Excellent location, next to the train station and from a walkable distance of the main touristic attraction.
Low water pressure (shower).
1, Staff were friendly. 2, Location is very convenient. 3, The room is clearn.
1, No bathtub. 2, Borken toilet seat plate.
Location was great and staff were helpful. Room/bathroom was clean.
As a solo traveller a bit of noise in the room is good, but there were no English tv channels- I realise this isn't everything but would have been good for me.
great breakfast，nice location
