All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Staff, Parking Paid for upgrade but not told of two weddings being held directly under our room for the whole weekend. Shower unit in bathroom far too small to shower properly. No fridge in room to keep water cold. Menu was very poor and hardly any vegetarian choice, staff member was told off in front of us for booking another restaurant so we could eat. Breakfast extremely poor and very little choice. Pool and area especially sun beds were in a filthy state and starting to look rundown. Not given air-conditioning remote till three days into stay. Hotel starting to look shabby and run down with plaster coming of walls and dirty carpets. All very poor for a 4 star hotel and a huge disappointment to spend a birthday celebration. |

dichtbij een evenement wat wij wilden bezoeken in deze periode daar kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar in het plaatsje pettenasco is werkelijk niets te doen of enigerlei vorm van gezellige restaurants |

Accueil sympa et chambre/lit confortable, parking à l'entrée, facile à trouver, bord du lac d'Orta, promenade le long du lac à partir de l'hotel. Bref, reposant ... Petit déjeuner dans belle salle en face la piscine. Gout chimique du jus d'orange |

parking fermé - vue sur le las d'Orta vieillot - décrépi - piscine sale - transats autour de la piscine sales aussi - pt déjeuner pas bon - chambre donnant sur "internal garden" signifie fenêtre sur un petit patio avec peu de luminosité et vue sur des escaliers et structures métalliques ! |

Die Außenanlage des Hotel sowie der Zugang zum See, ebenso das Hotelrestaurant. Das alle Servicemitarbeiter überall (Bar, Restaurant, Rezeption, Frühstück) eingesetzt waren, mann hatte speziell an der Bar nicht den Eindruck, dass sich jemand richtig auskennt. |

De kamer op de 1e verdieping keek op verzoek en tegen meerprijs uit op het Lago d'Orta en had een eigen trap naar de tuin. Vervallen hotel, veel achterstallig onderhoud, bedden pas laat in de middag weer opgemaakt, vermoeid personeel, binnenzwembad wel in de folder, maar niet meer aanwezig. |

Buono il parcheggio e la silenziosità delle camere. Il ristorante è caro e non eccellente, la camera molto piccola con un affaccio su un cortiletto interno di veduta sgradevole. L'arredo non bello ed il bagno scomodo. La tv è assolutamente fuori standard per un Hotel a quattro stelle. |

Absolument rien. De l arrivée au depart anticipé Rien de romantique a part l emplacement sur la carte .harcellement abusif du personnel et du patron pour dejeuner et dinner tous les jours. L hotel est en decrepitude,pas entretenu et limite sale, la piscine trouble. Le patron de l etablissement nous a meme demander des especes contre notre depart anticipé, nous avons été obliger de contacter booking qui a tout reglé, merci. A eviter ! |

Accès direct au lac, belle et grande piscine, à proximité d'Orta S. Giulio tout en étant "au calme", personnel très disponible et parlant plusieurs langues Prix du restaurant très élevés, manque "d'entretien" en général de l'hôtel (fleurs fanés dans les vases, humidité dans les couloirs, portes qui coincent...) Attention, chambres à l'arrière bruyantes (train) et vue parking/route... |

L'accueil est de bonne qualité et des membres du personnel parle français; . La piscine est trés agréable mais n'est ouverte que l'après midi. Le confort de la chambre est trés satisfaisant. La vue sur le lac dans le jardin de l'hôtel est trés agréable. Petit déjeuner moyen;s'agissant d'"un premier prix" la fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un espace limité pratiquement sans luminosité |

sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; schöne ruhige Lage direkt am Ortasee; kurzer Fußweg nach Pettenasco, wo allerdings nichts los ist; ständiger Fährverkehr nach Orta S. Giulio und Omegna etwas dürftiges Frühstücksbuffet; kaum Freizeit- oder Sportangebote im Hotel; Tennisplätze in schlechtem Zustand |
