Rooms are beautifully appointed and the beds are very comfortable.
Road works outside - but not the fault of the hotel.
Very helpful staff Good breakfast New facility
Too many pictures of branded watches very boring particularly in the room
Location, breakfast, very comfortable kingsize+ bed, stylish bar, reception and seating areas, powerful shower
Poor WiFi signal in room, dim lighting in room
A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location ... you can walk to everything! The staff were very friendly and helpful ... I would stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Florence.
Helpful staff Very Clean Good Breakfast n good staff
Lighting in the room was inadequate. Also, room was too small for 3 people. A small bed had been put in a double room. It wasnt a triple room.
Great room arrangement for our family (two separate rooms of a small private corridor). Nice, simple breakfast included. Fab location.
a great hotel, quiet, in great location, 5 minute walk from the train station and the Duomo
initially somewhat difficult to find, not well marked off the plaza, needed directions even though we were 50 yards away
Would have liked for the hotel restaurant to have dinner menu and also better variety of food.
Location. Breakfast and its venue (gorgeous view!). Friendly staff.
The kettle didn't work the first day but replaced the following day. Heavy clog in the bathtub drain. Water dropping constantly from the shower which annoyed me during the night. The stereo not working in the bathroom.
Perfect location easy access to everything by foot. we had a nice quiet high floor suite really nice people work there. the breakfast is phenomenal and in a gorgeous room
The bathroom wasn't designed well. Marble tub/shower was set up such that there was no way to shower without water finding its way along the sides and getting on the floor... and the first time we noticed this, there was quite a lot of it.
Excellent hotel right next to the train station. We were traveling with our teenage daughter and were upgraded to a suite with a view of the Duomo. We walked everywhere. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly. Would definitely stay there again.
Staff was wonderful. Beautiful location. Windows open : local sounds...windows closed : completely silent. Great breakfast. Beds extremely comfortable.
Elevator was so small! Lol! Lunch and dinner next door was so so.
Nice big room and bathroom
The staff was beyond exceptional. They did above & beyond for us. Not only were they informative, but eagerly they did all the arrangements for roundtrip transport from airport to hotel, train tickets to Venice & transport & tour of Vatican. Knowing that we were leaving the hotel at 4:30 AM for tour of Rome, they offered & made a breakfast box for 3 of us even though the third person was not staying at L'Orologio.
The hotel did not have a swimming pool & the only meal available was breakfast. I would have like to have a option for lunch or dinner in the hotel.
Elegant yet fun decor. Very attentive and charming staff. Very quiet and good breakfast options (as a chef, I'm selective).
This hotel was perfection! I travel for a living, staying in hotels all over the world. This hotel had all that I look for. The room was beautiful and had obviously been recently updated; The bed and pillows were quite dreamy, just what my husband and I needed after a few stiff nights from our previous hotel; the marble bathroom was spacious with great lighting; the staff was gracious and helpful; and the location couldn't get any better!! The location made it soooooo great for me to go about exploring and zigzag my way around and then just do the exact same on my way back at the end of my outings!! I loved that I was able to just walk out the front door and be at any given major site in 10mins. Florence stole my heart and the stay at L'Orologio was my sweet kiss goodnight!
The wi-if firewall required that we log back on after every time we closed and reopened our devices...a little irritating after the 20th time.
Beutiful foyer and sitting rooms for reading and relaxing Tasteful, soothing modern decoration Helpful and friendly recpetion staff A bright dining room with a good buffet breakfast
My room was dark; the window overlooking the atrium did not provide much natural light. But at least the room was very quiet
No Spa !!
Great central location, helpful staff and nice bar. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Great location and lots of character
This is our 2nd stay in this hotel since 2010. Not as good as the first time with this pricing which is super expensive. I stayed in Florence for 4 days 3 nites this round, first 2 nites stayed at a 4-star hotel near Duomo, 3rd nite at Hotel L'Olorologio, the hotel is getting old since 4 years ago, and its service and breakfast has no surprise to us with this double pricing as compared with another hotel we stayed.
1. Poor Wifi connection. We booked 4 rooms, 2 rooms could connect with wifi. Hotel staff has to install a separate router for us. 2. Overpriced.
The welcome and helpfulness of staff was first rate. The hotel was very smart and the room we had was excellent. Location was great too.
Only minor snag was the wifi access didn't easily work on my iPhone.
Very nice hotel. Excellent location. It's easy to walk all over Florence from the hotel
Very comfortable hotel, ideally located in the centre of Florence, but quiet.
