Location. No minibar but they did not let me pay four bottles of water I took during the night from the front desk. Very kind staff The rooms were very poor, more likely 1-2 star hotel |

Good service from the reception staff who spoke some english. Clean comfortable room. Limited choices in the restaurant, disappointed with the condition of the beach area nearby and I had expected to find more restaurants etc but there was very little to do outside of the hotel. However very close to the airport. |

The clening of the room. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very poor. The room was very noise, because of the street and the thin walls. No internet wireless connection for free. Too expensive rate. |

The rooms are quiet, spacious and clean. The room temperature can be adapted easily and quickly by using the air condition. Seaside and restaurants are in walking distance. The television in the breakfast/dining room was on loud which turned out as annoying. The dinner menu was not displayed in the restaurant but only hastily explained by the waitress. |

They offered me free breakfast on day of check in as they weren't providing any restaurant service for the whole day due to Easter Monday public holiday.Room was large and clean, good shower. No service for food offered. No service by Reception to order food or suggest where I could get any food on the public holiday. Location of hotel miles from town so felt very isolated. Asked specifically for a wake up call at 4am which did not happen. |

hotel was very nice .Was not city centre as i thought . but was good .Rooms were nice and neat and i found them very good . However No bar of note or resturant as well as that no Pc for Internet access No PC for internet connection .Long way from city centre . |

Breakfast in dining room overlooking the sea was a great view. A big city hotel near the airport - didn't have to work hard to please the customer. Their location meant they could charge a lot and not be that great. |

Accessibility and proximity to airport. The feeling that the hotel was part of a larger company with effective quality assurance standards. It was not immediately apparent that the hotel had a proper restaurant (as many don't) but the restaurant on opposite corner was excellent. |

The hotel is close to the airport and offers also the shuttle service (8 EUR is charged on your bill for one way). The shuttle service not available befrore 9 a.m. No shower gel/shampoo in the bath on my arrival day (next day supplemented). Only 1 TV Channel in English (BBC World). Breakfast not ready at 7 a.m. (as stated in the hotel guide). |

Room ok, very good buffet breakfast. The advertisement about the hotel on booking.com mentioned "5 km from downtown and 2 km from the airport" ... however it did not mentioned what the hotel told me later: no public transportation exists from there to the hotel. I had to take a taxi from Bari downtown (30 euros) and from the hotel to the airport (30 euros again for "2 km", incredible !!!!). Possible unwanted deal hotel/local taxis. |

Ho apprezzato la vicinanza all'aeroporto visto che ero proprio di passaggio. Gradita la gentillezza del personale. Il ristorante era chiuso domenica sera. L'hotel dice di avere un servizio navetta da e per l'aeroporto, non è vero. Sono arrivata domenica e ho preso il taxi (15 €) per ripartire lunedi nonostante avessi avvisato sin dal mattino che dovevo essere in aeroporto per le 17:15 e mi era stato confermato il transfer, se non prendevo un taxi (20 €) perdevo il volo. Qualcun'altro ha chiesto la sveglia per un impegno importante lunedì e non è stato svegliato...insomma contate solo su voi stessi!!!!! |

Dicht bij het vliegveld. De prijskwaliteit verhouding is scheef. Er was een bed te weinig. Bovendien zijn we binnen 12 uur tot twee keer toe enorm afgelegd door een taxichauffeur en kregen we de indruk dat er een één-tweetje met het hotel was gemaakt. Het shuttlebusje zou zogenaamd niet rijden (een taxi voor ons bellen deed men erg graag) maar terwijl de taxi arriveerde kwam toch vrolijk de shuttlebus van het hotel voorbij. Tot twee keer toe 30 euro voor een rit van nog geen 2 km van/naar het vliegveld. Slechte service, een 'slapen en oprotten-hotel'. Best Western La Baia Palace heeft wat ons betreft geen beste beurt gemaakt en heeft ons een bom duiten gekost! |

The room is simple, but rather nice, good restaurant, friendly people. The transportation to the airport is not easy. Should be improved, if possible. It seems that there is a shuttle, however, there is no information concerning it at the airport. |
