Аннуляция бронирования
В случае аннуляции или изменения за 14 суток до даты заезда штраф не взимается
В случае аннуляции или изменения позднее этого срока или в случае незаезда взимается 100% от стоимости первой ночи проживания
Размещение детей и предоставление дополнительных кроватей
При размещении одного ребёнка в возрасте от 0 до 2 лет на имеющихся кроватях проживание ему предоставляется бесплатно .
При размещении одного ребёнка младше 3 лет на детской кровати взимается EUR 5,00 за ночь.
При размещении всех детей старшего возраста или взрослых на дополнительных кроватях взимается 35 % от стоимости проживания 1 человека за ночь.
Максимальная вместимость дополнительных/детских кроватей в номере - 2.
Дополнительные кровати предоставляются по запросу. Требуется подтверждение со стороны отеля о предоставлении данной услуги.
Дополнительные услуги не включаются автоматически в общую стоимость и оплачиваются отдельно в отеле.
Домашние животные
Размещение домашних животных не допускается.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice hotel; contemporary feel, light,airy and clean. Good size room with nice balcony and views. Breakfast was very good. Pool area small but exclusive feeling with direct access to sandy beach. Our room rate included car rental as a special offer; we had a very cool Fiat Panda with a dent in the wing which enabled us to blend in with the locals. Driving in Sicily is a challenge! All in all, a good value very enjoyable stay. En suite did not have a bath- shower only which was quite small; would have been better if it was a 'walk in' type. Restaurant menu was a little restrictive if you did not like sea food (no problem for me!). No major problems. |

A desent place to stay probably in the season. located right on the beach. Comfort adecuate for a three star hotel. Could be difficult to find. Internet was not working. A bit noisy, balcony doors were hardly closing. Bathrobes for some reason were taken away from our room. Again could be better but, ok for a three star. |

Superb location right on the beautiful beach in the Gulf of Castellamare yet very quiet and peaceful at night. Private access to the beach and all usual facilities i.e. beach showers, good quality loungers and umbrellas etc.There is a good Restaurant on site and all the staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. The service in the restaurant was below standard and very slow but improved greatly when this was brought to their attention. Some of the waiting staff were excellent but one chap was decidedly unhappy in his job and failed to raise a smile or offer any pleasantries. In his defence, language may have been a barrier. The other staff made up for his deficiencies. |

Nice and clean, comfortable beds - good breakfast - they cleaned the beach every morning - nice and clean pool (cleaned twice per day) - good restaurant and nice people - free internet PC. We had a great week with our 7 year old son - he loved it too You need a car to get around as the Hotel is a little isolated on the beach between two cities. Popular location for local kids to hang around in the evenings, I think I would have asked them to calm down after 11 PM if I was the hotel manager - you can't hear them when you're in the room though, so there were not much of a problem. |

The location is superb: sea and mountains, very quiet surrounded by holiday villas. Beach is not crowded; sea water is clean and clear. Room and bathroom is very spacious, bright. The food just excellent. The shower cabin is too small. Difficult to rich Alcamo marina it’s about 1 km from Castellammare train station here no taxi at all. |

Esta pegado a la playa, vamos que te asomas por la ventana y puedes tocar el mar. Desayuno bueno. Por las mañana hay una chica canaria en recepción. Es dificil de encontrar y para llegar hay que cruzar una via de tren. |

su situación en la playa te cobran toda la estancia a la llegada al hotel, por las noches es una zona de marcha de gente joven y hay bastanta ruido, aunque las ventanas de la habitaciones cierran bien y no se oye nada cuando cierras. Las habitaciones son de hotel de playa, bastante pequeñas. La ducha es una cabina de hidromasaje bastante pequeña. |

Excelente ubicación para vacaciones de playa con familia. Es un sitio con poco desarrollo turistico. No muy lejos de la red de autopistas para explorar la región. Bufet desayuno amplio, aunque cada día lo mismo. Parking (público) algo dificil los fines de semana. La ubicación es un poco aislada con una oferta limitada de bares/restaurantes sin coger el coche. Sin embargo, la ubicación más que compensa esta pequeña inconveniencia. |
