It is close to the center and offers large rooms The hotel needs thorough modernisation to be 4* place. Breakfast is poor. Bathrooms are that of a motel. Noise from the street could be very bothering at night.

Location was great. Room was very clean and had an excellent view of the shore. Breakfast was ample and the coffee was great. The staff in the front desk and dining room were a little indifferent.

Great location and wonderful view from our terrace. Unfortunately the Wifi didn't work and we specifically chose this hotel for that reason as my husband needed it for his work.

We liked absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the decor was wonderful and our room was unbeatable - and we have travelled a lot! Nothing - despite our best efforts we failed to find anything not to like about this fantastic hotel

We really loved the hotel, and the view was incredible... Almost worth the price right there! The free breakfast was simple, but nice... And easily saved us from eating in town. The staff was friendly (although not very good at English - however it wasn't a problem). Overall, it was a very nice stay. The beds are normal for Europe... Hard. Parking and internet isn't free with the stay either - which would have really been great. But the worst part of the stay wasn't the hotels fault at all... It was the local restaurants in Amalfi... Overpriced, aweful food, and kind of rude service everywhere we tried. (I'll review them in Google and TripAdviser!) Sadly - sort of to be expected in a southern Italian tourist town. Overall, the hotel was still great!

The hotel was within easy walking distance of the centre of town but was quiet. My daughter and I had a douible room each next to one another with balconies over lokking the beautiful bay. The hotel was tastefully and comfortably furnished.

Good points the staff were friendly and helpful. The bar prices were competative. Location fantastic near to the bus station on the harbour. Tiny room and bathroom although clean. Unable to move in the shower ;lots of corners to bang yourself on. Moved furniture onto the balcony so we could pass each other in the room. Even though a 4 star hotel the shampoo and shower gel were in tiny sachets. We travelled light as we were moving aroound a lot so this was a problem unlike the other 4 star hotels we had chosen on our trip. Breakfast was continental uninspriring and the bare minimum. No comment on the food at other meal times as the poor quality breakfast did not want us to risk paying for lunch or dinner in this hotel

The hotel is situated next to the sea - therefore each room has an excellent view. The hotel is situated next to the bus station and, as such, at 6am every morning buses started to depart (this was very noisy). The hotel is very much outdated in terms of its decor - it's like a throw-back to the 1970s. The breakfast was the same everyday - cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereals - not very exciting for a 4 star hotel. Our pillows were very lumpy. The hotel owns a suite next door to the main hotel, which is hired out for weddings and parties - on our last night, a party with loud music continued well past midnight, not good when you have an early flight the next day.

Beautiful hotel. Had lots of little nooks where you could relax, they even had books there in several different languages. Room was good and the hotel overlooks the water. We ate in the dining room for dinner and the food was excellent and moderately priced. The included buffet breakfast was good. Reception staff extremely helpful. Only negative was the shower was barely usable. It was tiny and was difficult to wash your hair and the water flow was dreadful. But i wouldnt let this stop me from staying there again.

Great location for the town and harbour with superb views. Private lido was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly. Towels were not great. Quite noisy due to sea and road traffic but was expected.

Location. It was the worst hotel experience we ever had.where to start from..the room's furniture was at least 25 years old and the common areas smelled like they never been ventiladed with fresh air.the matress and pillows were unconford, there was mould all over the shower and on an spot over the door entrance.the 700+ euros we paid for 5 nights it wasn't worth it.overpriced for sure!the hotel builded it's name many years ago and the management rested back!!! last restoration happened decades ago!!NOT RECCOMENTED TO ANYONE..
