Beautiful location. Very clean and modern room. Delicious buffet breakfast every morning. Some previous reviews were negative about the steps up to the hotel... but if you don't like hills then you shouldn't go to the Cinque Terre anyway! Would definitely stay there again |

Great clean place with a wonderful staff. Small and simple, yet clean and relaxing. The stairs to the hotel. Not good for lots of luggage... Make sure you are in shape. |

The hotel was newly renovated, so the fittings were very modern and comfortable. The size of the room and bathroom was good, given that hotels in the area generally have very tiny rooms. The environment was quiet and very pleasant surrounded by beautiful lemon trees. The proprietress and her husband were delightful hosts. Very friendly and very helpful. We had such a wonderful time talking to them. The climb up to the hotel - it was steep and challenging, especially with the luggage. |

Clean rooms and facility, great breakfast, and hospitable staff. Need to provide directions to their facility and provide a street level sign for hotel. I had to ask for directions and in the end did not find the hotel. Had to make a cell phone call to hotel only to determine I stood right in front of it. Did not recognize this since it was up the hill and no street level signs indicated that I had arrived at the right place. |

Access to cinque terre, breakfast was excellent, staff very nice. Hotel access is very difficult. 70 steps is an understatement and the gradient of the hill extreme. |

The owner, Maria, made us feel very welcome and was knowledgable about the area. Our room was spacious, very clean with a balcony and view of the village. There are a number of stairs to get to the hotel but this only posed some difficulty on arrival and getting our bags up the hill. My advice would be to pack light. For me being up on the hill looking down over the village added to the attraction. |

I loved the quaintness of this hotel, 8 rooms and breakfast every morning was a chance to get to know other guest. Also, looking forward to to the lemon tart du jour, made from the lemons from the lemon grove below. The fact that this hotel is quite a hike to get to is minor annoyance, especially for the solo traveler. I did read reviews on the hotel before leaving, and knew to expect the steep steps leading up to the hotel, but I did not realize how difficult it would be with bags, luckily, I was rescued by a handsome stranger. |

The owners are really nice. The decoration is unusual compared to the style of the house but it is really nice. The view is great! The only thing is the stairs when arriving at the house. For us it was not a problem but for a 70th years old person... it will be. They should advise people to call them when they arrive at the train station and then pick up their luggage to avoid the stairs. When my boyfriend went to picked up our luggage left there in the morning, he had to help a woman to carry up her 2 suitcases... |

Location was terrific - have to be prepared to walk up a steep hill - not for everyone. No hotel staff around most of the day - when there they were terrific. Also no real "lounging' area. could have used a comfortable place to sit out and enjoy the location. Rooms comfortable and clean. Need to have better signs in the village or on the road to provide directions to hotel - not easy to find - located it by chance. |

Friendly staff and owner, very clean accomodations, quiet retreat with excellent view To get to the hotel you have to walk up several rustic type stone steps, which was grueling in the heat with heavy luggage. Other than than, well worth the hike ! |

The owners were wonderful people and if you are lucking you will have lemon cake for breakfast that the owner made from the lemons growing in the grove outside the inn. The walk up is 150 steps and you must carry your bags people should be prepared for this but then again it is cinque terre |

Fabulous people who own the place - very friendly and helpful. Very modern amenities with old features of the historic building - extremely well renovated to keep the old charm with the modern class. Loved sitting and chatting with the owner of the old days while sipping on their own mandarin liquore. It was up a very, very steep hill - tough with backpacks on...at the top end of town. |

The best part of the stay included the gracious host and hostess, delicious breakfast outside on the patio, and the clenliness of the room. The hotel is set up and away from Monterosso by about a block. It is peaceful and quiet. We were warned by previous guest reviews about the steep and rocky path leading to this hotel, but we didn't quite expect it to be as bad as it was. There isn't a way to get a vehicle up to the front door of the hotel. Transporting luggage was cumbersome and awkward. Guests should be prepared for this hill. My 66 year old mother (who hikes in the mountains regularly) was pretty uncomfortable and challenged by this steep climb. I recommend that future guests be comfortable with steep/rocky hills prior to reserving these accommodations. Otherwise, La Casa Dei Limoni was a great experience. |

A nice and very clean room. Nice bathroom.Bed a little bit hard but ok. Very efficient aircondition, luckily because it was very warm during our stay, +35 celsius. Nice fresh breakfast. Friendly staff. Next time I will try to book one of the room with a balcony. Cinque Terre is an extremely beautiful area,especially Monterosso and Vernazza. We will be back and we strongly recommend this hotel/B&B. Since it was so warm during our stay, the climb up all those stairs to the house was a bit hard, not suitable for elderly unfit guests. Maybe a little bit expensive. |

The staff were really lovely, location was good, not far from train station. Room was very clean and bathrom was spacious. Breakfast was very tasty. The room was very small and expensive for what it was. There were also no facilities/living space in the guesthouse so, we spent alot of time away from the guesthouse because if this. There was a problem with ants in our room alsoand the steps up to the hotel got tedious after a while. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. The beds and pillows were very hard. We stayed for three nights. One night we discovered a very large spider web containing a large spider. The staff removed this quickly. The morning of our final night we found that the bed was crawling with ants.There are 70 to 80 steeps steps to the hotel which we were prepared for. |

Very nicely restored old house in the middle of lemon grove & 7 minutes away from the beach, rooms are nicely designed, the owner is fantastically welcoming. And the breakfast on the terrace with the sea view is unforgettable. |

Casa Dei Limone has a fresh uo-to-date atmosphere in a traditional setting. It is effecientand design conscious. And well placed to enjoy Cinque Terre. Hotel site should explain the parking garage which works fine but is not obvious. |

Hostess Maria was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nice balcony overlooking the lemon grove for breakfasts. A bit of a climb up to the hotel, but that was part of the adventure. Needs a few more touches to make it comfy - the decorating is stark, although I think they're going for "modern" decor in an old building. |

beautiful quiet location a little out of the village. Being surrounded by lemons! Don't forget to try the Limoncino and Lemon marmalade as well as the lemon tart...delish Felt it was a little pricey for the size of the room but understand that these are the prices that apply in Cinque Terre. |
