Le Stanze del Duomo is a short walk from Florence Cathedral. It offers apartments with cooking facilities plus a mix of contemporary and classic rooms with free national calls, a teakettle and...

Experience a beautiful Florentine holiday, enjoying comfortable accommodations in a renovated property right in the heart of the city, close to the major landmarks. It's easy at Relais Hotel Centrale!...
Score from 737 reviews Excellent
Very friendly staff, good and fresh breakfast, clean and comfortable room, modern facilities in a charmy atmosphere. Easy to get in the center and to get out.
The Room was beautiful, central location and great staff.
Hard to find the door!
They guided us where to visit and details we should notice, very nice and welcome, especially helpful.
The quilt was too thin and a bit dusty, the airconditioner wasnt working very well, we were cold and couldnt sleep with comfort. I got a heavy illness after staying there for three nights.
Nice location and very friendly staff, who are the most valuable asset of this hotel. Breakfast was above the average for italian (hotel) standards. Room is somewhat simple but has big, comfortable bed (double size). The hotel arranges transport and parking for your car for additional reasonable cost (it is not permitted to park in the central area).
The only thing is I do not perceive this as a hotel (e.g it does not have a 24 h reception desk or a typicall hotel lobby / restaurant facilities) - its closer to B&B. Did not bother us, but might be deceiveing.
Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Rooms were cosy and clean
No staff after 9 pm.
Excellent and very friendly service by most staff members. Decent breakfast (pretty typical of most B&Bs in Italy). No real kitchen so can't get cooked eggs except for boiled ones and they apparently do not have the recipe for soft or hard boiled eggs.
Really a bed and breakfast so not sure why they call this a hotel. A few minutes from the main city area.
Close to all amenities and activities. Staff very helpful!!
As stated in the headline the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to all of the major museums and sights to see in the city - it is a bit more walking than some other places depending on what you want to see, but all in all easy to get to and from when you aren't carrying around your luggage. It is clean and comfortable, more of an apartment feel than a hotel, which we prefer. They gave us a takeaway bag at departure of snacks and waters, a life saver during our 12 hours of travel to Santorini, Greece. If I stayed in the city, I would stay here again.
Location and quietness of the hotel. Staffs were friendly and nice. Breakfast was great.
Hotel stuff very friendly Very comfortable bed, big room Good breakfast Good location (nice area and good restaurants around e.g Cibreo Trattoria)
Slow wifi A bit expensive
Over priced but in an incredible neighborhood!! Wifi was fair and there were ants in the washroom. Overall, a 7/10
Room size, wifi, breakfast options, washroom cleanliness
Location Convenient store
Internet in the room was not good Breakfast was very limited
Staff we're extremely helpful.
Breakfast is not that good. Just ok.
Staff very kind and willing to help
Wifi is not soo good
the staff was very helpful (providing me with gluten free breakfast was very nice) the location is perfect, a little bit outside the touristic area but at walking distance beatiful building good mattress
Room is small, bathroom is tiny. Sound proofing is non-existent. In the morning we could hear the guests eating & talking in the dining area, we were awakened early by the noise. Expensive for the quality of lodging.
The hotel was well located, and very reasonably priced for the summer season in Florence. The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The wi-fi was a bit hit and miss.
Breakfast was very good, wifi is very fast, staff is very friendly
The shower water is a little bit too small and location is a little to far from the train station.
We loved the room....very spacious and it had a beautiful fresco on the ceiling. The freshly made lattes every morning were great.
The elevator did not seem to work properly but it was not a major problem.
Location only 15 minute walk from key attractions in city centre Quiet room with good facilities Hotel and room were clean and well maintained Helpful and attentive staff Modern design for the rooms
Spotty wifi in the room Breakfast area is small, so if you want a quiet breakfast you will be better off in town.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a baby in the room upon arrival without us specifically requesting for it. It goes to show how thoughtful the management is. Clean and comfortable. Value for money too.
If you choose to walk from the train station, it's slightly far but bearable.
Not a hotel- its a bed and breakfast with no bell man , tones of stairs to carry your own luggage. Its acrented room in a home. NOBODY ON THE PREMISES AS OF 7 pm to 7 am. Kind of weird and dangerous with the price of a 4 star hotel. Tiny showers. You can only shower side ways.
We found Casa di Morfeo as being a lovely small hotel in an old florentine building freshly renovated, with an excellent location, very close to the main turist attractions such as Santa Croce, Palazzo Vechio and il Duomo. We were really very impressed by the wonderful personnel, very helpful and thoughtful! Our room was also very nice decorated in a rather contemporary style but with an indespensible touch of the florentine charm which gave it a romantic air. Strongly recommend it and looking forward to come here again!
Nothing, everything was perfect, except maybe the wifi connection/ signal which was kind of average going even to poor!..
A real gem, was perfect in every way. Wonderful location, fantastic staff, fantastic price, great rooms. Would go back everytime!
Excellent customer service.
