Nothing as such though the owners not knowing English was a bit of a problem but its not that big a problem.

La Casa di Nelli is a flat with rooms, which are available for travellers, who plan a short stay in the city of Pisa. The positives are: very good location - 10 min. By foot(!) to the airport and 5 min. To the main railway station. To the atractions of Pisa (Tower, Cathedral, Baptisterium) is a little farther, app. 20 min.

The staff doesn't speak englisch, but one of them is from Ukraine and there is the possibility to be in touch with him, when you speak Russian. The rooms are not so clean

they did not tell me that I have to use the single bed in the room. so they charged me with 3 euros for using the double bed in the room. No English communications at all.

Close to train station. Close to bus stop going to Pisa Tower. Good backpackers place.

Thought it was a small hotel. It's an apartment. No lift for luggage. Uncomfortable bed.

I didn't feel at home or comfortable, the staff were unwelcoming, and one of them seemed untrustworthy. The fact that the hotel is a social housing apartment, in a cheap building between normal residents, that is all fine with me; IF it had been stated clearly beforehand.

Positive is free parking, wifi and hotel personal. Thank s for a simply breakfast.(gratis). This hotel is normal flat, with two rooms.

This hotel is near railway station, in night isnt silence.

The owner was really nice, room was clean. He made us coffee in the morning!

There was only one bathroom for all the rooms, but I would definately stay there again if I'm ever in Pisa!

We stayed in La Casa di Nelli only for one night. The room was big, we had a large bed and slept very well. Shared bathroom was clean and all the facilities worked well. Also we had nice coffee and brioches in the morning. The best thing about this b&b is its location. We've arrived from Firenze by train and walked 5-7 min to the hotel. Then we walked about 10-15 min down the street to the airport. We also have visited the Baptistery and the Leaning tower, the bus took us there and back easily.

The hosts do not speak English well. Try Russian or Italian.

The young man running the hostel was friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and to be honest if I were a student or travelling on a really tight budget I'd use it again.

Proximity to the railway - nothing that can be done about that, and the need for air con and possibly a TV in the room, or even in the kitchen would be an improvement.

The staff was unbelievable. The moment we walked into the hotel he immediately upgraded our room to the biggest room he had, which was amazing! He gave us coffee and directions right away and offered us the world. Highly recommend!

The only serious trouble we had was the two owners spoke no english at all. So bring a little translator, Google translate = Best friend

Nice stay

La Casa di Nelli is a very basic, no frills apartment which provided us with a very clean and reasonably priced room with shared bathroom. It is about 10 minutes walk from the airport so was perfect for a quick overnight stay when arriving late at night.

great location near central station and airport, 15 min walk to the center. very friendly staff, clean room.

one shared bathroom could be a problem with five girls in the house :)
