Lovely hotel stylish rooms which are very spacious. Hydro showers were a treat after a long day of site seeing. Breakfast could be improved, very basic for the kind of hotel (and the price). Signage for the hotel could be better from the Main Street as we spent almost an hour trying to find the place.

Central downtown location, small size of hotel. Modern and clean with helpful staff. Roof has a lot to offer- should have been played up more by staff. Entrance is a bit off-putting, through a courtyard and up an elevator onto an open air balcony. Room and bathroom are small.

Absolutely everything!! The hotel is so bright and crisp. The bathroom was spectacular with all the lovely marble and all the amenities; slippers, bathrobes, lots of towels and anything you may have left a home was already there. The breakfast was wonderful; anything you could possibly want to eat. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us. The location was perfect as we had tickets to the opera, not realizing the hotel was just around the corner. I would recommend this hotel very highly. Perfect!!

The quality of the linen and sheets, liked the rooftop terrace and the friendliness of staff, Sonia, was very charming. Felt that although the room was nice, it was a bit on the small side and felt a bit on the claustrophobic side and it was very hot in the room.

Location is the best factor for this hotel. It is right at Piazza Municipio and a very short walk to all the attraction. The room was nicely decorated with great amenity. The rooftop jacuzzi area is cute. Just a small point about the noise at night due to thin wall, I could hear all kinds of noise from foot steps to people talking.

Excellent location, in the city center, in a very nice area. Very close to Alibus station to/from the airport. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful staff. Beautiful room. Thin walls, a lot of noise from some other room on one of the nights.

Friendly and efficient staff, great position, lovely rooftop terrace, good interior design, comfortable bed, spacious room. The rooms are advertised as sound proofed, but they are very noisy. We could hear every conversation at reception and the sound of people walking around and the traffic outside. We heard someone else complain about the level of noise and ask to change rooms, so it wasn't just our room. There was no heating control in the room, just air conditioning. As it was cool it would have been more comfortable to be able to turn the heating on/up.

In 2 weeks traveling around Italy, this is the best, without a doubt. The staff could not be faulted, rooms were modern and very clean, breakfast was the best continental buffet, and for the older part of the city, location was great. For further afield, a short walk to the Metro. Wins on all aspects of a great stay. Make sure you have an address in Italian, because it is a little hard to find 1'st time. ps. Skip Pompeii and go to Herculeum.

Very central location and very quiet, though. Good breakfast. Design with class. Difficult to reach by car (one way streets) and expensive parking (although they reduced the daily rate to a more reasonable 20€/day). No jacuzzi. Climate control quite difficult to monitor.

The concept - very soothing and comfortable, modern yet homely. Staff was also very profession, friendly and informative. Location is great - all attractions are walkable from hotel The only thing would be maybe to ensure there's adequate breakfast - I didn't face problems, but the couple after me were faced with most of the selection being finished.

Light clean and airy, unlike the rest of Naples. Nicely designed rooms. Lovely, professional staff Slightly difficult to find, had I not done some reading on TA I wouldn't have known how to get in!

This was a great place to stay in Napoli, excellent staff, fabulous facilties, swish bathroom, and a beautiful chilled out haven right around the corner from the shopping heart of town. The rooftop area was great also and a nice place to sit and enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine after a day of out. I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in the city for a few days!

Firstly it was easier to find than some comments read - our taxi driver knew the drop off spot. Good location for exploring Naples city, shopping & restaurants. Walking distance to port & seaside for day trips or further travel to Amalfi coast. Very friendly and helpful staff, who we felt were keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Even got an upgrade to large king room very nice. And the shower was amazing there were jets everywhere - my husband did not want to get out! Wifi is free and fast. Lovely rooftop with views. Good city hotel with typical European large door entrance into internal courtyard. Lastly they were happy to offer late checkout without charge. Its a cute, feel good hotel. Breakfast on rooftop was great idea but lacked quality - our suggestion would be to keep it simple - good coffee, pastries & fresh fruit & juice. There are plenty of close cafes with that wonderful Italian atmosphere who do very good & cheap coffee and the wonderful & very yummy local pastry delicacy - the sfogatelli.

A sophisticated and posh retreat in the heart of Naples. Booked this hotel for two nights based on previous trip advisor reviews and was not disappointed! Great service. A bit difficult to find but gps helped (driving and parking a big challenge, but not impossible). I was nervous about Naples but am SO glad that it was part of our trip itinerary. What a vibrant and unique city! Just a walk down a few main streets, especially in the old town, really gives you a taste of life in Naples. So much deterioration of the amazing architecture, yet it seems to make it only more interesting (it reminded me of our recent trip to Havana). Great people watching opportunities! Yes, keep your valuables close and look out for shady looking characters, but I didn't feel any less safe than one usually would in a big city. Security was excellent at the hotel. And of course, the pizza was amazing (had pizza for all of our four meals there! ) Would definitely stay again, and would also consider a return to Naples.
