Very friendly helpful staff Comfortable bed Quiet spacious room Gorgeous roof terrace Great location
Great breakfast. The rooftop terrace is fantastic, and even in November we got the possibility to enjoy our breakfast in the sun and with views of Vesuvio. Great location in Napoli.
They used a bit too much perfume when cleaning our room. Our room had only window in the ceiling, would have liked some more natural light and window.
Reception after a long day of traveling was welcoming and heartfelt Very accommodating and helpful arranging transportation when public transit when in strike. Breakfast was delightful Room clean, and cosy
We liked everything about this hotel - location, design, very friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast....
Room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast is also good and the bathroom was also good. Call taxi ride gave comfort to call the hotel and went to Naples station. Room interior also satisfies like a photograph.^^*
Loved the position, the rooftop terrace, the jacuzzi and the comfort of the room. Thankyou also to the very obliging staff.
Very nice hotel! The room was big enough and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The service was outstanding! Breakfasts were very good, served on the roof terrace, where we had a nice view. I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel has great location, within waking distance of everything in Naples. Good clean room (deluxe double), modern facilities, very bright and with a nice balcony. Great place to stay for a weekend trip
Beware the area around the hotel doesn't have almost any parking - we rented car and had a real issue trying to find parking to load our bags Also, deluxe double room was on the small side, but probably appropriate for price / location
Good service Lovely facilities Clean well located quiet
Bed was a little hard.
Breakfast on rooftop terrace.
Curious perfume odour that seemed to be coming through the air conditioning.
Our 2nd stay with them. A little difficult to find as the sign is small and they are not on the ground level. Once you do you will find a Very stylish, small hotel and an enjoyable place to stay. Excellent location and easy to access anytime during the day as it is on the fringe of the old centre which is closed to traffic during the day. It is also handy as it is close to a major traffic stand. Great shopping in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely terrace.
The breakfast is not the greatest. Acceptable but could be better. Terrible coffee!!
The staff was so helpful in helping us determine where to go.
The updated sleekness.
Very small room so no space for even one comfortable chair to sit and read.
The staff and hotel were wonderful. As with all the negative reviews about Naples, we came a bit nervous. The staff at the desk assured us not to worry. We loved the upstairs deck. Comfortable seating, hot tub, great views of the city.Breakfast served on the patio. Great! We would use again and recommend.
Bathroom floor could have been a bit cleaner. I dropped a towel on the floor in the corner and it had hairs on it when I picked it up. But, I am a clean freak. This place rocks!
Hard to find . Needs better directions to locate. Besides this it is a great place to stay
Everything smelled wonderful and was spotless. No request went unanswered. Quiet and restful in amidst a very noisy and busy city!
A blissful stay rooftop terrace made it eating breakfast in the morning sun perfect.
Lovely oasis in the city
If your budget is ok with the price per night don't hesitate any longer... This hotel is just perfect... Central location, but quite and safe with few banks around, very friendly staff, beautiful holiday design in your room with a nice small balcony and wonderful panoramatical terrace on the top - great for breakfast (upon request) or afternoon nap...
Quite difficult to find, ask anyone on the street where is the entrance door...
We arrived quite a few hours prior to checking in time and were offered coffee and pastries while we read the itinerary the staff had compiled for us. The itinerary was based on our response to their earlier query asking us what are focus was to be during our stay in Naples. The accommodation, staff, breakfast in no particular order was first class. The location was also perfect. The staff advised what areas where best to visit at night or during the day. We'd been a bit apprehensive of visiting Naples based on various stories that everyone has no doubt heard but we've left with nothing but praise for a beautiful, gritty, spirited city. We will definitely return.
in old courtyard building the room was huge and gorgeous the bathroom was luxury the velux had remote control the state of the art lighting and controls the rooftop terrace, with herb garden, modern furniture, and WOW the hot tub, i was in there for an hour at sunset! complimentary fizz close to ferry port for the islands close to shops and sites
the area at night was not for a woman alone, if not alone it is fine
This hotel is well-positioned, comfortable and good value with helpful, attentive reception staff. Breakfast included in the room rate was very good. The only criticisms we had relate to the rather disorganised preparation of breakfast (which followed the Italian principle of timeliness) and nighttime noise from the staff room, which was opposite our room.
One other reviewer described Naples as the armpit of Italy...they weren't wrong! But thankfully, LaCiliegina Lifestyle Hotel managed to be our oasis amongst it all. Perfect place to visit Pompeii and Amalfi from.
"Tours" from the hotel were not tours...they were expensive drivers! Thankfully our Amalfi driver was lovely and did give a 'tour' of sorts which definitely made up for the mis-selling at the hotel. Plus, we were not told we could have got a taxi from the airport for €19 rather than the €45 we paid for their unnecessarily expensive and flashy private transfer. A bit more transparency and explanation of both would be appreciated.
Great location fantastic views on roof top staff very friendly and helpful
The bathroom was massive and breakfast on the roof was nice
We would have liked if the staff could have been more helpful / given us advice about how to get to Vesuvius / Pompeii / Herculaneum
