Every day we enjoyed it by having tasty breakfast (Italian sweet option with coffee, tea, juice etc. super tasty and various). The room was extremely tidy, very modern and super comfy. Felicia the host is the true gem of the house. Very kind and nice person with a smile on her face. She took care of our comfort and we truly enjoy her company every day. The bathroom was worthy of a boutique hotel, the design and fittings were fabulous throughout. The location is quiet with a rural outlook but you are only a few minutes drive from Osimo. The breakfast was delicious, the best croissant I have eaten in Italy I think, and was served on the lovely terrace outside our room. Rafaela was a lovely warm and kind host and we would definitely think of staying there again.

Location is ideal, everything in the centro storico is accessible on foot within 5-10mins. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. It is a pity you cannot use the kichenette but there are plenty wonderful options where to eat in Osimo. Thank you very much!
