Tucked away in the old town of Verbania is the Hotel LaContrada. No cars, not too much noise from outside and very comfortable. Nearby to all amenities and Lago Maggiore is just a stone's throw away. If you ever want to stay in this lazy yet vibrant town, Hotel La Contrada is the perfect place.

We used this hotel as a stop over en route to Rimini.The hotel was clean and comfortable for our 1 nights stay. It did not have on site parking for our motorcles.

Sehr gutes Ambiente, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, zentrale denoch sehr ruhige Lage. Leider kein eigener Parkplatz. Der öffentliche Parkplatz war etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg und mit viel Gepäck ist der Weg zum Parkplatz bei Kopfsteinplaster bergauf etwas mühsam aber hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gerne wieder. Das WLAN war sehr langsam und nicht möglich im Zimmer ins Internet zu gelangen.

zentral in Fußgängerzone in Altstadt gelegen, viele gute und preiswerte Lokale im Umkreis von 300m, sehr freundliches Personal nicht mit dem Auto anfahrbar, Auto muß in Tiefgarage (ca.400m) geparkt werden- Zusatzkosten max. 12 €

Gli arredi interni. La cortesia del personale. La mancanza quasi totale di un servizio di reception permanente durante la giornata. Non era possibile lasciare la chiave della camera in reception, e per entrare in hotel bisognava digitare un codice all'ingresso anche nelle ore pomeridiane. Rumorosita' della stanza.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und mitten in der Fußgängerzone (das sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung angegeben werden) so dass wir sehr schnell bei zahlreichen netten Restaurants oder auch am Lago waren. Wir wußten nicht, dass man nicht mit dem Pkw bis vor das Hotel fahren kann. Also suchten wir recht lange nach dem Weg dorthin. Doch dann war es nicht weit bis zu einem Parkhaus, wo wir den Pkw gut und sicher parken konnten.

Chambre spacieuse avec terrasse et salon d'extérieur, donnant sur une cour intérieure calme. On a pu laisser les portes fenêtres ouvertes pendant la nuit et ainsi arrêter la climatisation trop bruyante. Bruit de la climatisation Petit déjeuner très mauvais, aucun produit de qualité, même le pain était dur.Aucun service, on doit tout faire soi-même. Ambiance un peu froide, peu d'échanges avec l'hôtesse d'accueil.

Schoenes, sauberes und modernes Hotel. Freundliches Personal und sehr schoene Zimmer. Klimaanlage war defekt, was jedoch kein Problem war, denn die Temperaturen haben sie nicht erfordert. In der zweiten Nacht hat man sie dann auch komplett ausgeschaltet, sodass man ohne nerviges Geraeusch schlafen konnte

Sehr zentral gelegen,sehr freundliches Personal,die Zimmer waren nicht riesig aber nett eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Das Frühstück dürfte etwas mehr Auswahl haben,es gibt keine Eier und auch kein Fleisch.Aber verschiedene Brote, Joghurt ,Früchte usw.
