The cental location on Lake Como is great. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The Tourist Info was right next door and that was a very well run info center! It was pretty warm in the room. Since it was on a main square, it was difficult to choose between coolness or quietness. |

Great view, brilliant location. Despite the shared bathroom the hotel was excellent and a real find in the heart of Menaggio. Didn't include breakfast, which was quite expensive in the nearby cafes. There was a good supermarket and bakery nearby which meant this wasn't a problem. |

I don't know why some people have given a poor review based on the shared bathroom - it states this quite clearly in the hotel description! Don't let it put you off. We thought the rooms and bathrooms were huge and spotlessly clean. 9 euros for breakfast is a bit steep. |

Large bedrooms, close to everything Noise from the square and hot rooms (no aircon or fans) made sleep impossible. We left a day early. |

Netjes, centraal gelegen in het dorp. Prijs ontbijt (9 euro) =hoog voor een Ital. ontbijtje, mag best inclusief voor beetje meer huur. Zeker als je met 6 personen boekt. |

hotel bien centré, grandes chambres, calme la nuit, et d'un bon rapport qualité prix ( sauf le petit déjeuner que nous prenions dans un autre café) salle de bain commune, voisin de chambre qui laisse la salle de bain allumée et la porte ouverte, nous n'avions pas la vue sur le lac |
