We walked everywhere because the property is very central.
Very friendly & helpful staff. We were allowed an early check in & the day we were leaving we were able to leave our luggage at reception free of charge as our flight wasn't till late that night.
Couldn't access English news or sports channels on TV
I didn't travel personally being employee of a travel agency, the hotel was booked for Dr Aristas, one of our clients. I had a GREAT support from Cristina at the reservation dept of the hotel
Very good placement, very nice customer service, was no problem to come to the hotel a bit earlier and live later If I'll ever back to Rome I'll bak to this hotel :)
Everything I was living justice a local
Noise from next room
My student granddaughter and I had a fabulous 'cross-generational' Roman Holiday here. It's a great concept: Halfway between a hotel and a holiday apartment. You get just a comfortable room with a lovely bathroom and a voucher for a simple breakfast at a cafe across the piazza. Coffee machine with plentiful free supplies is just outside the room. Rooms cleaned, and huge soft towels replaced daily. Receptionists are there by specific arrangement to register you whenever you arrive. But otherwise, are there only for two hours daily, when they are most helpful with advice, tourist information and all reservation arrangements (My special favourite was Laila!). You can also contact them at their central office by phone all day. The great central location is within walking distance of all important sites. You get keys to the building and your room, and no bother with 'hand wringing', pretentious, falsely deferential staff. In short, you get the best of both worlds: easy informal hospitality, with no bells and whistles - but no compromise on levels of comfort and cleanliness.
Great location, underground train stop and taxi rank right at the door. Clean comfortable room, double glazed windows stopped noise but otherwise too noisy to sleep with window open. Breakfast at cafe across the road fairly basic but enough for us. Need to be aware there is not someone at reception all the time but contact numbers are available.
Only minor thing - Plumbing are motor driven drains and is noisy especially if you need to use the bathroom during the night.
We really liked the hotel, always clean near everything. Great breakfast across the street and very good coffee and tea machine outside the bedroom.
Perfect location and lovely staff
great price great central location fun styling too
Great location to see all the sites. Cheap eats close by. Skip the complimentary breakfast & grab an espresso with pastry from Pepys bar on the corner.
excelent localisation, next to termini, short walk distance to sight seeings, comfortable furnished, modren bathroom, very good breakfast - for this price - very good choice.
The location is excellent. The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Their Wi-Fi reception was fast with no disconnections. All in all, it's the perfect place to be in Rome.
location is amazing and the staff were super sweet and helpful
the wifi password didn't work!
Great location right next to Barberini metro station and within walking distance of Trevi fountain and historic centre with its multitude of restaurants and bars. Easy to get to from Termini the central transport hub (just two stops on Metro Line A). Reception is only manned part of the day but you get your own key so no problems there. Love the fact you go across the piazza (square with fountain) to get breakfast in a lovely cafe. You get the option of standard Italian (pastry and expresso) or eggs and bacon (my choice...mmmm) with toast, juice and coffee. I had the only room at the back which was amazingly quiet but had no view. Ask for that if you value peace over a view onto the piazza.
I would have preferred a view but otherwise it was great place to stay over for a few nights.
This time not working a/c and the staff buy for me a new a/c portable for this cold night
the italian breakfast is simple
I Loved where this place is located - within easy walking distance of pretty much everything you want to see/do in Rome. We even walked to the Vatican and back without too much issue (having expected to at least get the Metro back again). I would've expected to pay more for this type of accommodation in a capital city and indeed have paid more in London for less quality accross all aspects. . . staff (friendliness), lovely view onto the Piazza outside, close proximity to everything. Some people may not appreciate this so much, but the breakfast is served in a cafe accross the other side of the Piazza. But we loved it because of that. The room was a very nice size, comfortable, very clean, every facility you need plus a mini bar which was reasonably priced considering some of the costs experienced eating and drinking around Rome during our break. If you want the door opened for you everytime you come back to the Hotel - feel free to spend extra for that as a service. If you're going to Rome, to see Rome. Then just rock up to this place. It is genuinely a pleasant experiece. It added to the great break we had over there and look forward to going back.
Great location. Bathroom good. Great coffee machine.
A little bit of street noise.
