The a/c heater in my room broke down, and was only fixed 2 nights later. Also, breakfast area is very cramped.

Location is great

Rooms are extremely small. Walls are paper thin and thus it is noisy.

Very convenient due to its location Little hotel so some sort of friendly hotel. Nice to get the terrasse on top for breakfast and aperitive. This even one of the main reason for our choice. Nice idea to offer the aperitive at the end of the day! Staff is very kind!

Maybe to avoid room 402 as closed to the terrasse meaning that some noise can create some disturbance in the morning.

Odour problem in the bathroom was not very agreeable and was not solved during our stay. No value for money. There is another hotel from the Trevi Group with more recent accomodation.

L'hôtel est propre et confortable. Le frigo est réapprovisionné chaque jour, et c'est gratuit.

Pour un couple, les chambres sont très petites. Mais pour deux nuits, ça n'avait pas d'importance.

L'acceuil par le personnel trés serviable. La situation géographique. La propreté.

Temizlik,sistem,kahvaltı iyi olarak görülebilir.Aile şirketi olarak iyi işlettiklerini söyleyebilirim.Hatalar giderilirse tavsiye edilibilir konumda.

Tesisdeki banyo'dan gelen kanalizasyon kokusu kötüydü. Tv kanallarına ulaşılamıyordu.Arızalı olduğunu söyledier ama 5 gün boyunca tv de aynı reklam bandı dönüyordu.wifi ağı da bağlanmakta sorun yaşattı tam bağlantı sağlanamadı.Kendilerine durumu ilettiğim için biliyorlar.Yatak iki ayrı yatak değildi ,tek çift kişilik yataktı.

chambre minuscule, fenêtre minuscule, et surtout le manque de sérieux puisque notre chambre réservée et payée, n'était pas libre et nous avons du nous installer dans un hôtel voisin pour une nuit et déménage le second jour, ils sont coutumiers du fait, puisqu'il y a eu le même incident pour deux clientes 2 jours plus tard

Es un hotel entrañable y coqueto

Gostei muito da localização e da atenção dos funcionários. Eles deram orientações e dicas sobre a cidade e seus eventos. Apesar das acomodoções serem pequenas são muito confortáveis. Não apenas recomendo como voltarei a me hospedar na próxima oportunidade.

O frigobar deveria ser mais potente, pois não conseguia manter as bebidas geladas. Porém se contorna essa questão solicitando que guardem a bebida comprada na geladeira do hotel. A internet não funciona no quarto dada a espessura das paredes, mas o wi-fi é disponível e pode ser acessado no andar das refeições e no térreo.

Helt OK hotel med mycket trevlig personal, bra på engelska. Lyxigt med egen barista på frukosten. Frukostrummet var litet men det fanns mycket att välja på, yoghurt, flingor, bullar, bröd att rosta, ost o korv och lite kakor även om en hel del var "färdigförpackat" mat, fast det är ju å andra sidan fräscht. Hotellet var ett smalt hus med en liten reception men det var ett fint rum och inget fattades! Rent o snyggt och städning varje dag. Perfekt läge nära Spanska trappan och Fontana di Trevi och det trevliga gångstråket ända ner till Piazza Navona.

La très grande sympathie de la réceptionniste et du personnel en général, le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse de l'hôtel avec une très jolie vue sur Rome, les boissons fraîches offertes dans la chambre. Nous avons également été agréablement surpris par la grandeur de la chambre qui était très spacieuse.

Niestety na miejscu okazało się, że jedną noc musieliśmy spędzić w innym hotelu bo nie było dla nas miejsca. Pokój można powiedzieć bez okna. A widok za nim przerażający. Hotel ma też pokoje z widokiem na ulicę a nas nie dość, że woleli tułać po innych hotelach to na dodatek wsadzili nas do ciasnej jaskini tak około 9m2. W łazience przywitał nas zapach fekaliów - był nie do wytrzymania. Pani na recepcji tłumaczyła że to problem Rzymu - ale zapomniała chyba że jedną noc wsadzili nas do innego hotelu a tam tego problemu nie było.

L'albergo ha solo una buona posizione, ma per quanto riguarda la cordialita' e la correttezza del personale e' insufficiente. Nn ci e' stato detto che la nostra camera era staccata dalla struttura alberghiera, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare altri 6 piani per raggiungere la camera che ci avevano dato..un buco. La colazione non era per nulla soddisfacente. Giudizio pessimo. Inoltre, il personale non e' stato di parola, ci avevano detto che ci avrebbero fatto un piccolo sconto per l'inconveniente della camera, ma al momento del pagamento si sono rimangiati tutto.
