The staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. The location of the hotel is excellent. The step up into the bathroom and the jog of stairs in the hallway were inconvenient for me. |

Very close to spanish steps, but you might prefer to be close to Piazza Navona and Pantheon, rather that spanish steps. The small streets around the old city are great. It's a cute hotel, but rooms are small. |

Todo perfecto. El personal maravilloso, la situación perfecta, la habitación muy bien. Quizás lo que me ha gustado menos es el desayuno, un poco justo, pero correcto. |

Je profite de ce questionnaire pour vous signaler l'arnaque dont j'ai été victime par cet hotel : le descriptif de l'hotel figurant sur votre site indiquait que les chambres étaient vastes, confortables et meublées dans un style classique. La chambre qui nous a été attribuée était, au contraire, particulièrement petite (et meublée dans un style moderne). Nous avons contesté et il nous a été répondu que l'hotel était complet. Aussi, avons nous passé une nuit et souhaité quitté l'hotel le lendemain matin. Le gérant de l'hotel a exigé que nous payons 2 nuits au lieu d'1. Nous ns y sommes opposés et n'avons payé qu'une seule nuit. Je rentre de congé et viens de constater que l'hotel a débité, en toute illégalité, ma cb d'1 nuit supplémentaire |

Los empleados del hotel se portaron muy bien, la situación. Pertenece a un grupo de hoteles y en la cuestión administrativa son un desastre e incluso diria yo peligroso, el motivo es el siguiente, ellos en vez de hacer como hacen el 90% de los hoteles que te comprueban la tarjeta de credito, ellos no, ellos te hacen una pre reserva con lo cual tu banco te paraliza ese capital, pero cuando llegas alla, en vez de utilizar ese codigo de pre reserva que ellos hacen, te piden que pagues de nuevo, porque no saben utilizar el sistema de pre reserva... si no saben porque lo hacen??? con lo cual si no lo sabes te cobran dos veces, que pasa que al no utilizar la pre reserva a los 15 dias el banco te devuelve el dinero. es el inconveniente de que durante 15 dias yo me tengo que fiar de ellos, Increible |

Vi har bott där 3 år i rad och väljer att komma tillbaka för att läget är utmärkt och det är ett litet, personligt och välskött hotell. Takterassen är ett plus! Vi var inte nöjda med vår dusch denna gång. Varken själva duschen eller duschväggen var i bra skick. Detta borde ha upptäckts och åtgärdats. |

El ambiente romantico del hotel, decoración de la habitación, y equipamiento, la bañera de hidromasaje, limpieza, terraza bonita, situación respecto a la zona histórica de Roma el espacio de la habitación se quedaba algo justa al ser triple, la cama añadida se notaba que era eso, añadida a una habitación doble espaciosa |

Situation proche du centre historique et des moyens de transports Petit (vraiment petit) hotel/pension ,matériaux et décoration des chambres mais avec le charme du "vieux "Rome Mais tout est petit, salle de petit dejeuner, terrasse (bravo pour les photos avec un énorme zoom!) chambre exigue, fenetre minuscule sur arrière cour, douche trop étroite, !!! mais ceci ne concerne que la moitié des chambres (4/8) -nos amis avaient une vraie grande chambre alors pourquoi le meme prix ! |
