Bed and Breakfast Adelberga is set in a restricted-traffic area of Salerno, half way between the harbour and the train station. It offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and LCD TV.

Hotel Montestella is on the main street, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in Salerno's pedestrian area.

Right in the centre of Salerno, Suite 39 offers modern air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and a hydromassage shower. A sweet and savoury breakfast is served daily in the comfort of your room.

Set on the edge of Monti Picentini Regional Park, Tenuta D'Amore is 10 km outside Salerno centre. Made entirely of wood and stone, it has a peaceful setting and a large garden with swimming pool.
Score from 151 reviews Excellent
Excellent, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very well appointed. Extremely clean. Lovely breakfast. Bathrooms were very clean. Great location right in the heart of the shopping precinct, a nice walk from the station through a lovely shopping centre and close to the harbour.
The bed was beautiful to look at , but very squeaky and I woke up every time I rolled over! Otherwise, everything was perfect.
The room was comfortable, nicely furnished with a small balcony. The bathroom was very modern and well equipped.
The construction on the outside of the building. Which is a temporary situation and livable.
It's like adding a stop in Paris to your Italy trip. Stunning decor at an amazing price. I recommend the suite!!
the furniture etc is all new as the B and B has only been open approximately a year...breakfast which came with the room was lovely. large room. Aircon worked well.
construction work was happening in the whole building so you had to walk under scaffolding etc...occasional noise. bathroom was across the hall though very private. No windows to the outside
Friendly, helpful staff Nicely furnished Excellent location close to historic centre, promenade, and transport
Three flights of stairs and no lift Lack of windows in room Not en-suite Door from room to breakfast room does not close properly because of poor build Room too close to breakfast room, thin walls and above mentioned door means not noise insulated Sweet breakfast - no bread, meat and cheese option Wi-fi did not work at all Finish of the hotel not 100%
Wifi was not working the day we were there but it wasn't a problem as we did not need it for any urgent communication
We stayed in the suite which was lovely and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Great location in Salerno old town which is a very attractive city and great for day trips to Amalfi coast etc. We would stay there again.
There are quite a lot of steps up to the suite but probably not a problem for younger people. Disappointed not to have the coffee machine listed as included in room.
The owner is absolutely charming and helpful. She answered all of our questions and gave great advice on restaurants and excursions. The breakfast was lovely. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom just what we needed. Everything is modern and well kept. The location is ideal if you want to be close to train, ferry, restaurants and more. We recommend this place 100%.
Internet wasn't working too well but the owner fully recognized this and was trying very hard to get it fixed.
Stayed here for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon travelling around Italy. The cleanest place we stayed. Had the suite, which although was expensive, was definitely worth it. Salerno wasn't great and I wouldn't recommend it but the B and B was too class.
Locations is the best thing about this B&B--close to the beach walk but the beach walk is not so attractive. Good shops close by and there is parking up the street that the owner will point out. Hosts are lovely and the B&B is very modern but a bit sterile. Bathroom is not attached to the room and they state that in the advertisement of the B&B. If you want privacy this doesn't work very well.
The building is under construction and there are lots of stairs so if your looking for a clean remodeled building this is not for you. It's on the third floor and no elevator so you really are lugging luggage.
Very modern, clean and comfortable. Good location in centre but Salerno did not impress.
External bathroom just outside kitchen. Had to pass the other guests in the morning. Thin glass door so you can hear every conversation from inside starting when the first guests are going for breakfast. No late sleeping possible.
Good quality furnishings and very friendly and helpful staff.
A bit noisy at night
This B&B was by far the best place out of 6 that we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Italy. My husband and I (around 30 yo) occupied the suite for 2 nights and were amazed by the size and grandeur of the space. The decor is lovely, the two balconies have views of the sea, and the bed was heavenly. I wasn't the least bit disappointed when we were caught inside during a thunderstorm. We just made a coffee with the provided machine (a huge plus) and relaxed in our luxurious rooms. (The suite has a foyer, a bedroom, living room, and bathroom) The staff was incredible, very attentive and gave excellent restaurant suggestions. The town is also perfect and I highly recommend anyone stay here if you plan on going anywhere on the Amalfi coast. Easy trips to Pompeii, Paestum, and other coastal cities. The location of this B&B within Salerno is also perfect because it's close to the water and on your 10 minute walk from the train station you head down the main road will all the shopping and pastry temptations it has to offer. I really can't praise this place enough to do it justice. There are quite a few stairs up to the B&B and there was some construction going on around us during our stay, but that shouldn't cause any hesitation. Neither were the least bit bothersome for us. Other pluses that made for a convenient stay: great wifi, air conditioning, full length mirror, mini fridge, provided toiletries, cleaning service included, delicious breakfast and HUGE cappuccinos. I hope I've convinced you!
Nelly was absolutely wonderful, couldn't do enough. Location was excellent, not far from train station, no complaints. Can highly recommend.
Wi-Fi was unpredictable.
Great location Very clean Comfortable suite Friendly host/owner
Breakfast choices were a little limited
The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. We had an excellent stay here and it was the best place we stayed at out of all the places we stay during our week exploring the Amalfi coast.
Although Guiseppe spoke very little english he was an incredibly hospitable host. The suite was beautiful and he ensured that everything was perfect in the the 5 days that we were there.
There was nothing negative in our experience at La Garçonniere.
Bathrooms in halls, frosted opaque glass doors, limited breakfast choice, would like option for breakfast earlier than 830am, building is under construction and is a hazard at present
What a great place to stay. Giuseppe and Titziana were also great. Made us feel very welcome and were very helpful with tourist info.
Great staff. The young lady who looks after the place is so friendly and helpful
WiFi was so slow it was useless.
Everything. The bed was not your typical pushed together twin beds. Was very charming and loved the hospitality shown to us. I would definitely recommend this B&B to everyone.
Still have construction going on, but not dangerous in any way.
Exceptional views and great location in Salerno. Walk to restaurants and shopping in the old center of town. Close to train station.
We liked the location of the hotel and the hotel building.
The hotel was over-designed but the functionality was not there. Having the bathroom outside the room is a huge let down. The water running from the shower was very low-pressured and the water temperature changed constantly. Having a shower was a disaster. The breakfast was very bad. This hotel coasts too much and above all they only accept cash. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great location and a really fun city. Salerno is a great alternative base for an Amalfi Coast holiday.
Beautiful room, clean, large, comfortable, owner very friendly and helpful, our own private bath was next to room and was large and modern, wifi worked in room, large flat screen tv, mini frig in room, we would certainly recommend this B&B. Great location for restaurants, shops, and walking distance to port for boat trips to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. About a mile from train station.
For seniors, B&B is up 2 flights of stairs but owner will help with luggage.
