The location is great, very close to the train station and in the center of everything. Very close to all attractions. The wifi works great and the breakfast in the room is acceptable. The bathroom is large and comfortable. Alfonso is very helpful, took good care of us and gave us many tips for sightseeing. We had a spectacular stay and definitely return to this hotel, is to recommend.

The room is a bit small but comfortable but we're touring the city all day and return at night.

Almost everything. Please be careful about the place of the hotel. It is close to the train station, but almost impossible to find if you forget the number of the building. Even with the number it is difficult, because number system is a bit different on that road and even a shop keeper two buildings after the hotel, did not know where it is. small and dirty rooms, noisy surrounding. not that much helpful staff. awful breakfast.

Breakfast was included and although it wasn't great, it was decent enough to startboff the day. Excellent location right in the middle of the histiric centre of florence.

The room was not preperly cleaned and being old that showed even more. The bathroommshouldmhave been cleaner or better still, renovated. Also, lots of noise as underneath the rooms theres the high street and a bar open till early morning hours

It is simply impossible to sleep till 2 am . Downstairs is a bar and every night till two it is a feeling that you are trying to sleep in the middle of the bar when party is still going on. So if you prefer to sleep during travelings - choose another hotel for sure .

The guy who works the front desk and brings breakfast was so funny and friendly! He made our stay bright and cheerful. The breakfast includes croissants and coffee. Very good coffee. The room itself was clean and warm, and included a nice heated bathroom and beautiful wood floors.

There is a bar across the street, and the windows are not soundproof so it was LOUD inside the room until 2 or 3 am. Bring earplugs! The elevator is small and a bit scary.

- Noisy neighborhood, bar across the road kept a buzy clientele till late in night. - Very small and buzy lift in the building, shared by many people thus making longer wait time.

Excellent location around the corner from the main train station. Very clean room and nice and friendly staff. Excellent value.

Decor is a little dated but excellent value for the price. Breakfast is only served in your room but there is a table and 2 chairs in the room so this was ok. It's just coffee and croissants anyway.

It is the best hotel that i stayed in Italy. The price is very good considering the nice, large and comfortable room. It is very clean and bathroom has a heating racks that can make laundry try quickly, which is very convenient. It provided breakfast in the room and was very good. Staff is helpful with information.

Great location! Comfortable rooms. Such a friendly and funny staff. Especially those nice guy, who brought us breakfast every morning! I do recommend this hotel!

Location is convenient to train station. Major attractions are within walking distance. Lot's of food and shopping nearby. Close to San Lorenzo market. Staff friendly and helpful. A good value for close-in Florence.

Tiny room. Some street noise. Breakfast is free and brought to your room at time requested, but there is very little space in the room for dining -- one chair and a rollout table top. Was bitten by mosquito or something that sounded like one and this was November.

great location right next to all the main station and to the historic centre... friendly staff special DINO, who was pleasant and cheerful... breakfast to the romm... good bathroom facilities... free, solid wifi....

The host was excellent. The location was near the old town. Internet worked fine. 24hr reception.

The toilet seat was moving in my room, needs to be repaired. Rest was fine.

The price is ok, and the staff are very nice. They gave me map and gave me some useful suggestions for restrant and tour.

My room is next to the street, and there is a bar on the street. At night it is very noisy, and I can not sleep until 2:00 pm. On the third night I changed romm ,it is on anoter side of this hotel ,and it is very quiet. The location of hotel is not far from train station, but it is a little hard to find.

The Noise. The walls are very thin, so all hallway and other room noises could be heard. Although the hotel was marked as non-smoking the smell of smoke was very apparent.

Dino- the person who runs the place was definitely one of the best things about this Hotel. He was very warm and hospitable, and made a tourist feel at ease. Breakfast served in your room was also a pleasant surprise. I found my room and bathroom quite clean.

The room size was too small, but then again- it was a single. The location of La Grande was misleading, it needs to be clearly mentioned on the website that the entire 'hotel' is on the 3rd floor of a rustic, multi purpose building with only the address mentiobed outside on the front door. Very hard-to-operate elevator! needs to be changed.
