Enrico is one of the owners and helped us out with dinner reservations. Brought us breakfast (on time) to our room every morning. Offered to take us to the train station....very nice service.

This is a really nice little place, run by a kind, welcoming and friendly family. The rooms are self-contained, more like small flats, with nice outdoor terraces and set in a quiet rural neighborhood, backed by hills and vineyards. The rooms were very comfortable and well-fitted, contemporary in style and with all you need for a relaxing stay: tables inside and out, plates, glasses, and cutlery, a TV with satellite channels,a nice shower, a small coffee machine, breakfast of fresh breads brought to the room. The host will pick up travellers at the train station and is happy to drive to the station or pick up from town if desired. The owners are friendly and helpful with good knowledge of the beautiful area. Recommended.

Nothing bad to say, really - maybe the coffee maker could be set at a higher temperature? Guests should be aware that the location IS a good walk from parts of the town: it takes a good 20 minutes or so to walk to the seafront, but, as mentioned, the host is very kind about offering rides if you need them. He is also getting internet connections for guests to use soon, which will be good.

We were staying here in the middle of September. The place is very convinient for visiting Chinque Terre. It's only 15 minutes walk from the center of Levanto, and 10 minutes from Levanto train station. Appartmnent was perfect: spacious, clean, quite, with coffee machine, nice bathroom. It was a pleasure to relax on terrace at night after a busy day. We strongly recommend this place.

I loved staying here. The owners couldn't do enough for you. It doesn't take llong to walk into levanto but if you wished the owners would take you in and out. They even picked me up from the train. It was very relaxing, heaps of room, quiet and great facilities. Even had my own expression machine and fridge. The train station was approximately half way between town and accomodation do great position. Spotlessly clean, speak good English and very helpful information provided.

The facilities were spotless and the owners went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They even offered to take us into town and pick us up if needed and drove us to the station when we left. We needed a 6 am breakfast on the day we left and it was delivered to our room promptly without fuss. A great place to stay.

Clean, spacious and modern room (recently renovated). Coffeemaker and fridge in the room. Airconditioning. Own peaceful terrace with furniture. Friendly and helpful owner. Quite close to the train station (to visit cinque terre).

Quite a walk to the centre.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. They made good recommendations for dining places and helped in reservations, and even drove us to the restaurants. The room is well maintained and there is a pleasant area outside for breakfast and relaxation.. We would stay there again if we go to the region again.

There should be better instructions on how to get to the location. We had a car and could drive around looking for it. For someone on foot, it could be quite frustrating. The standard ggogle map on the bookiing site is not adequate.

Very friendly fair english spoken; marketed as a hotel on booking .com; it is bed and breakfast; no cooking facilities; continental breakfast incl. Lots of steps; position good if you have car or bikes although owners happy to run you around; 20min walk to town& rail; Levanto great base for cinqterre coast portofino to porto vevere more facilities and shops/bars/restaurants there; erratic internet;ATMs good ;Special mention for Le Clarrise bar in central square Best service /wines and nibbles in Italy Watch parking police!! Reservation confirmation and communication perfect.

Verry nice place to stay in. A newly built little apparment with a cousy little garden just outside the door. The host came with fresh bread every morning. We got a pickup at the railwaystation when we came and were offered a lift to the town severly times. Jättefint ställe som jag verkligen kan rekommendera. Nyrenoverat med moderna möbler. Lite off men vi blev erbjudna skjuss till stan flera gånger. Det gick lätta att gå till stationen och centrum det tog ca 15-20 min. Paret hyr ut 2 rum som ligger avskilt i en egen byggnad på deras bakgård. Kaffemaskin,te, choklad och frukost, tyvärr bara med söta tillbehör. Det finns ett litet kylskåp så man kan med sig lite egen mat om man vill.

Sweet breakfast. We miss a waterboiler.

Cortesia,gentilezza dei proprietari sempre disponibili ad accontentare i clienti. Ambiente e pulizia molto curati. Camera spaziosa anche con il terzo letto.

Un pò fuori mano, ma in 10 min. a piedi si raggiunge la stazione e in 20 min. il centro di Levanto.

L'ospitalità, la gentilezza della famiglia ospitante. La camera è accogliente e confortevole.

Les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathique, toujours disponibles. Ils sont de très bon conseil aussi. La chambre est spacieuse, comme un petit studio. Très propre, matériaux quasi neuf et de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner qui nous est apporté la matin dans notre studio, et nous choisissons la veille ce que nous voulons pour le petit déjeuner (la focaccia superbe!) Le parking dans la court est très bienvenue, on peut y laisser la voiture et prendre le train pour visiter les 5 terre par exemple.

Le wifi ne fonctionné pas car installation en réparation (pas un gros problème disons) Notre souci majeur est la situation géographique: il n'est pas loin du centre (15 mins à pied) mais la route est dangereuse, il n y a pas de lumière et pas vraiment de trottoir, les voitures roulent a bonne vitesse et on voit les piétons au dernier instant à cause des virages. De même sortir du parking/court avec la voiture est délicat, dans un virage et donc aucune visibilité.

très propre,lumineux,bien agencé,spacieux,la voiture est dans le jardin des propriétaires car à Levanto difficulté de trouvé un hotel avec parking sans supplément, 10 min à pied du centre et de la gare.On déjeune dans la chambre, le petit-déjeuner est apporté tout les matins.Rien à dire,je le conseille tout simplement.
