We had a change in plans last minute and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we weren't inconvienienced. La Locanda is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in on every level, the decor was gorgeous and the atmosphere was so welcoming, we were only there for 3 nights but it felt like visiting old friends. Olbia itself is a lovely town but next time I would definately have a car to explore further afield and get to the beach. |

Perfect and very friendly staff. Stylish room and the hotel in general. Breakfast is very good and it is more in french rather than in italian style, so you can eat more than just a cup of coffee and some cookies. It's 3 min walking from/to train station and 3 min to city center and 5 min to embankment. Free WiFi in lobby. |

very charming, excellent breakfast staying just one night, but wondering why we got a room on the ground floor (direct at the lobby), although we wrote to them we wanted "a quiet room not on the ground floor". The owners do not speak a lot of English, so next time we will write in Italian. No afternoon relax, as an opposite house was being renovated. |

Location in Olbia town centre near archeology, shopping etc. Helpful and friendly staff, good room with huge shower in modern bathroom, lovely dining room, calm and elegant. 10 mins bus from lovely beach. Bed was a bit firm! |

Only stayed one night but found staff very helpful, accommodation superb, location extremely useful and breakfast delicious! A five minute drive from Olbia airport and a few minutes walk from the centre of town. A stylish, comfortable and elegant hotel. |

Everything was perfect!!! The building was very beautiful, located in a quiet street and very close to the centre of the town. The design rooms are gorgeous, new, clean and comfortable, the staff were so friendly, the terrace on the roof was gorgeous, the breakfast delicious with big choice. The parking site is under construction so there was no light there at night, we preferred to park in the street close to the parking. |

Never met a staff so friendly before ! The hotel is nearly brand new (it opened in May 2009) and it's one of the most charming and beautiful that I have met of my life. It's a small hotel (10 rooms more or less if I remember well), and that gives this wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended, they deserve it !! |

De eigenaren hebben zich tijdens ons verblijf voor de volledige 100% voor ons ingezet. Wij hadden een kamer met balkon (terras!! met heel fijn meubilair) Heerlijke regendouche. Ruime badkamer en prachtig ingerichte kamers. De kamers werden iedere dag perfect opgeruimd, zelfs onze rondslingerende kleding en schoenen. De allure van een gerestyled kasteel met smaak ingericht. Het ontbijtbuffet is heel goed. Zo genoten we iedere ochtend van meerdere Italiaanse/Sardijnse specialiteiten zoals buffelmozarella, in honing gedrenkte kastanjes met panna, verschillende Italiaanse kazen etc. Naast iedere ochtend versgebakken appeltaart staan er ook vers afgebakken witte en bruine broodjes. Echt een aanrader. |
