Beautiful room. Breakfast was nice. Enjoyed the location. Very clean. Lovely shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Bed was a bit hard for me, but partner liked it.

Small interesting historic 4 star hotel situated in the old town and short walk to restaurants, shops and seaport.

The Hotel was central for restaurants, shops and transport. The Hotel was very nicely decorated/furnished. It was so clean and smelled nice. The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable. The breakfast was good. The gentleman at Reception was very good and helpful.

Outstanding artful design!!! Very friendly staff. Not the cheapest, but worth every cent! Right at the heart if the city, short walking distance to the shopping street. I am pleased to give full points!

Hotel is very cosy and nice, very comfortable. It's a rather small hotel thus quite and welcoming. Location is very good: close to the beginning of the main street where all shops and restaurants are located. Breakfast was nice though quite simple, it's normal for this region. A very very nice fish restaurant is in two steps from the hotel. Design of a room is great, also sanitary room looks good.

Wi-Fi didn't work well permanently.

This was a small hotel with just eight bedrooms. There was only a small number of staff, who you recognized each day. The staff were extremely helpful and made you feel very welcome. The breakfasts were superb in a nice quiet environment. The hotel was ideally situated We would certainly stay at this hotel again and recommend it.

Nothing other than the roof terrace area could have been utilised more if there were more umbrellas or some form of protection from the midday sun, but it was very pleasant to sit on in the late afternoon with a glass of wine!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Excellent location in the centre of Olbia and a short ride away from some of the beautiful beaches on the island. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has been restored to a high level. Would thoroughly recommend.

Blown away by the style, comfort and peacefulness of this hotel. A privilege to stay.

The bedroom was in one corner of the building and was rather small. Only storage space was a large wardrobe.The bed was firm (no toppers available) - not 4 star standard - however the bathroom/shower was nice. The continental breakfast was probably as good as one would get anywhere in Olbia (scrambled eggs still cold though). All the staff were very good and the young girl on reception was particularly helpful. A nice hotel for say a 2/3 night stopover but not value for money. Easy access to a number of very reasonably priced restaurants in the town.

There is little to do in Olbia (as an independant traveller you cannot organise trips from there) and you must have a car to explore the North of the island or take public transport which is infrequent and confusing. Very little English is spoken and this can add to the confusion. Taxis are very expensive. There are nice beaches (number 4 bus) a few miles away but that is all. The hotel was in a good central spot but if you want to explore the island - a short stay here is probably all you will require

This is a jewel of a hotel. The owners have invested a lot of time and thought to make it a very unique and special place to stay. The quality of the fittings everywhere is very high and the staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful.At breakfast there was a wide selection of food and drinks which is unusual in Italian hotels. The hotel is very central and yet quiet. The air-conditionig is very effective which is important as it can get very hot in Sardinia.

Lovely hotel great position excellent staff really helpfull and friendly, good breakfast would recomend.

The only disappointment for us was the lack of tea and coffee making in the room ecspecially as I had emailed the hotel to check and they said there was.

Nothing, everything was perfekt!

Un bijoux nel centro storico di Olbia, a 2 passi dalla via principale e dal lungomare (x il parcheggio c'è quello della stazione a 3min a piedi) .. Accoglienza squisita e che vi farà sentire subito come "special guest".. Lo stile associa la tradizione della pietra a vista con elementi lounge e contemporanei. Dettagli estremamente curati. Una doccia sontuosa vi attende per un attimo di relax.. La colazione completa e molto gustosa (ottima scelta x il salato) si gusta sotto le volte del seminterrato in un'atmosfera che riporta al passato (le fondamenta sono di un acquedotto romano).

Camera sontuosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Zona colazione molto raffinata con un buffet ricco e vario.

I primi parcheggi auto pubblici e gratuiti sono un po' lontani.

Hotel assolutamente da consigliare. Camere arredate con gusto, pulite e accoglienti. Colazione abbondatissima e ottima. Gentilissimo lo staff. E neanche il prezzo è male: per la junior suite 109 euro a coppia!

Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer mit grossem Bad und grosser Dusche. Ideale Lage in der Altstadt. Der Besitzer und seine Angestellten sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und geben sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants, Shopping, Transport etc. Ein tolles Haus mit einem richtig guten Frühstück!! Und ein fast unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Es war ein perfekter Hotelaufenthalt, wie ich ihn nicht oft erlebe.

O quarto é confortável, a decoração convidativa e de bom gosto. O café da manhã é delicioso. A localização é maravilhosa, E... Salvatore, que nos atende na recepção: educado, simpático, culto, sempre disposto a dar boas dicas de passeios. Recomendamos com louvor.
