proximity to the Termini station was good. quiet apartment.
had to continuously request for toilet paper. water pressure was poor in the shower. mattress very uncomfortable and only one pillow per person ,
300m from Termini access to metro and train with comfortable accommodation, good size room and bathroom, fast wifi. Value for money in an expensive city for accommodation.
good location, close to main station
reception is not much friendly
Very big room. Good deal for a 3 star in Rome, near the Termini Station. Room cleaned everyday.
A little bit annoying that you have to ring at the door everytime you want to go into the hôtel.
Location was perfect very close to the main transport links, lots of restaurants in the area, I would stay here again ...
Hard to find at first, the hotel is part of a housing apartment, no other negatives ...
Location,comfy bed,telly and wifi.what else for a room in Rome. Everything s great.recomended.
This place has been simply perfect for us. It is very close to the station and have lots of restaurants around to have dinner. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast sufficient. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which is a real catch for the money we paid. The room was really comfortable and clean. They kept our suitcases the day we left ad when we came back to pick them up they even offered us to fresh up an use the bathroom. If I come back to Rome I will be coming back to this place!
If there is something bad to say it is about the area. All surroundings of termini are really REALLY dirty and full of not so good people. It is handily to be close to rhw main station but it is a bit unpleasant at some times.
very rude staff,no welcome no good morning nothing.very bad and mean staff, only money he asked,no breakfast-he send us in a nearby bar and they gave us one awful juice and one croisant 10 gr. ,be careful travelers no breakfast, book another there are plenty in the area
I was staying in room no. 1 that has a balcony to the road side. 1) WiFi worked fine in this room. 2) The staff at reception was very helpful answering my questions about Rome and also agreed to keep my luggage after check out. 3) Good location as it is no more than 10 min by foot from the train station. 4) Big room and it was cleaned every day. 5) Breakfast was very basic (an orange drink, coffee and croissant) served in the cafe on the corner, but it was OK.
Not really minuses as I was happy with everything, but these notes may be of help for other travelers. 1) The room was to the road side and if you open the balcony, it is noisy. Probably the rooms to the garden would be better. 2) Not really a problem of this B&B, but just a general comment that the neighborhood of the train station is not very nice. 3) May be difficult to find a place for the first time. You need to find the label of this B&B on the doorphone and press it to enter through the gate.
