Near station but in a quiet environment, big room and good facilities (very new) with a reasonable price, would like to recommend it!

Room was big and clean, especially the bathroom. Position very close to Termini station helps for the connection.

Room smelt of smoke. You should ensure to select a non smoking room (if available) if this bothers you. Bed was quite uncomfortable, especially as pillows were hard. Breakfast was very poor (maybe being the 1st of January did not help) with one (empty) croissant and a warm drink in a bar out of the structure. The cost, due to the peak of the holidays, was unreasonable high considering what the room was offering. Personnel in the evening seemed not to understand italian language. I would not recommend the hotel unless you need to be close to the train main station.

This is very convenient as it is very close to the train station, the rooms are clean. The breakfast is served around the corner at a bar and consists of a croissant, coffee and juice. It is sufficient.

Glad I had the tips from other travelers about the challenge of finding the building in advance. With them, we easily located the hotel, which is just two blocks from the train station. The tiny elevator took us up to the tidy entry and cool rooms, which were spacious and had a balcony. All was perfectly clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed going "off campus" for a typical Italian breakfast of bread and cappuccino among the locals bustling off to work in the mornings. Stayed two nights, and would certainly repeat when next coming to Rome.

Great b&b! Really nice, friendly and helpful staff. Great location, not near the historic center, but to roma termini and tube.

Perfect value for money. 100% quality. Yes, it is B&B, but room is large and clean, everithing is working, wifi is very good, staf is very helpful. Cafe providing breakfest is perfect, we tried cappuchino in several places in Rome, in Firenza and Perudja, and best cappuchino was in cafe where breakfest is served.

La Locanda dell'Angelo was extremely clean. Staff was available 24h per day. We really enjoyed our stay there. Also staff in Bar Jolly where we ate breakfast was really friendly and smiling all the time.

The room was clean and big, except the mold on the shower curtain.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! The concierge was the rudest ever--he literally kicked us out of the hotel when it was time to check out. He told me literally to "just leave" and opened the door. When we walked through he slammed the door behind us. I could go on but if you like good service, or any service at all for that matter, DO NOT STAY HERE. Rome is charming city and the rudeness that we experienced took away from the city.

The hotel is just a few lanes down from Termini station, which makes travelling easy especially if you have huge luggages to move around with. The rooms are big and spacious, and situtated at a quiet area, so not much disturbance from traffic noises. WiFi connection is good and no issue with surfing net in the room.

Hotel is sort of like an apartment, thus there isnt a big signs showing where it is. Definitely will take some time to locate it, and might even missed it if you do not check the names of the tenants on the apartment gate list. Lift to hotel (2 storey) is really small. 2 people with luggages is the max squeeze.

Very close to Termini Railway Station. The room was really nice and clean. The staff is very kind.

Понравилось расположение. Близко от вокзала Термини. Вооружившись подробнейшим отзывом (с ориентиром "пальма") на этом сайте, как добраться до отеля и распечатав его, мы довольно быстро нашли эту гостиницу. Располагается в старинном доме, в котором на этаже по 2 квартиры, часть из которых и отдана под гостиницы. На территорию отеля можно попасть, только позвонив в звонок на воротах. Просторная ванная комната с душем. Маленький балкончик. Под окном -дерево с мандаринами на ветках. Высоченные потолки, удобные кровати. -Ощущаешь, что ты - в Риме!

Скудный завтрак. Дают талон на завтрак в баре за углом. По этому талону нам выдали по чашке каппучино, сок и круассан.

Muy buena la ubicación, cerca de termini. Buen servicio por parte del personal. El señor filipino muy atento y el italiano de la cafeteria que ofrecia el servicio de cafe por las mañanas, muy amable.

El baño estaba sucio, con hongos en las paredes. Limpiaban la habitación pero nunca lavaron el baño en los 6 dias que nos hospedamos ahi. El ascensor muy pequeño, sólo caben 2 personas delgadas y una maleta.

A Terminihez közeli szállás, Castro Pretorio megállótól 3 percre. Belül felújított, klíma és bidé is van. A recepciós felajánlotta az utolsó nap hogy a csomagjainkat ott hagyhatjuk amíg városnézésen vagyunk.

A bejárati kapunál, a szálláshoz tartozó kapucsengő kissé nehezen látható, aki még nem járt ott, azt hiheti rossz helyre próbál felcsengetni :)

очень внимательный персонал. с какими вопросами только не приставали - показывали все маршруты, делились оливковым маслом, одалживали штопор. отличное месторасположение для тех, кто планирует много путешествовать

La signalisation : difficile à trouver

Ottima la pulizia e le rifiniture delle stanze, sicuramente di livello superiore rispetto al prezzo, camere pulite con connessione wi-fi, bagno carino e pulito.

La colazione. Il bed & breakfast si avvale di un servizio in un bar dietro l'angolo che non è il massimo. La colazione include infatti (stando a quanto ci ha detto il titolare del bar) in un caffè e cornetto vuoto. Si può fare di meglio.

Ottima posizione, a un passo dalla Stazione Termini

La struttura all'esterno è molto fatiscente e per niente curata, per entrare nel B&B bisogna suonare il campanello due volte (per il cancello esterno e per il portone) se siete fortunati I tempi di attesa sono di 10minuti! Accoglienza pessima,con personale svogliato e che parla a malapena l'italiano. La colazione al bar vicino è squallida, una bevanda calda e un cornetto, senza possibilità di scelta. Tv non funzionante. Copriletto pieno di macchie e lenzuola sporche. Doccia piena di macchie di muffa. Le camere non sono per niente insonorizzate, fate piano...che si sente tutto!
