The central location of this hotel was perfect to explore Venice on foot. It was convenient to S Marco water bus stop. This made transfers from the port after our cruise easy. Transfer to the airport from S Zaccaria stop was convenient also. The staff were very helpful. We arrived early and left late and our luggage was stored both times. The room was spacious and bathroom modern and bright. I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom. The hairdryer and mirror were in the bathroom. |

Very well positioned Very difficult to find, and very noisy comings and goings throughout the night, with no real apology or attempt to stop the din at the time. |

The hotel is in a quiet area only 2 minutes walk from St Mark's square. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. |

The lady who ran the little hotel was extremely nice. The location was excellent, but the hotel itself is very hard to find. It was over 30 degrees the night we stayed there and the airconditioner blew hot air the entire night so we hardly slept at all. It was ineffective and the room was absolutely sweltering. This is probably a good winter/autumn hotel. |

Excellent location. The hotel was only a few blocks away from St. Mark's Square and the Grand Canal, yet because it is on the East side, it was very quiet. It is only a few blocks from the vaparetto, so it made it easy to get in and out to the train station and the airport. Hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast is very civil. They charge for internet access in a common room and the computer does not have a printer attached. So, it is impossible to print airplane boarding passes ahead of time. It would be nice if they had free, wireless internet access for guests. |

Close to the centre of Venice The room was very small, airless and claustrophobic, requested a twin bedded and got a double bed. Bathroom only had a hand held shower over the bath. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room clean and comfortable with good facilities and the location superb,Breakfast very good too. The only downside was trying to find it especially at night-maybe a bigger sign |

Rooms were clean and good sized, and location is excellent. 2 points: 1) The internet pay system is complicated and does not work properly. Even with the assistance of the person at the desk, it could not be made to work. Something simpler is needed and, in case of failure, a fall-back alternative. 2) The doors are paper-thin and provide no sound-insulation. |

The room was very clean and the hotel recently renovated The bathroom did not have a proper shower. For the price, the hotel was more like a very good guest house rather than a 4 star hotel. |

The hotel was in a great location, right near St Marks and the Rialto and easily accessible via water bus from the train station. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The trip all included trip out to Murano was a nice gesture. |

L'albergo è posizionato in una posizione centralissima a pochissimi minuti dal cuore di Venezia e in una zona tranquilla e molto carina.Lo staff è molto disponibile e gentile, le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La finestra della nostra camera si affacciava su un piccolo canale.Lo consigliamo a famiglie,a gruppi di amici a coppie che come noi vogliono godersi la romantica venezia. |
