Hotel La Lucertola  

Most of the staff do not speak or try to speak English and help, even when you try to speak Italian. The location is a big hike to any other restaurants. The two outside restaurants recommended were poor value and in one case totally unacceptable service. The first day we had to complain to get clean towels. Our bathroom was not cleaned at all. The Internet did not work and it took two days of complaining and "promises" before someone took care of it.

I liked that the hotel stuff were friendly and did not seem like distant employees. They helped with whatever I asked for.

The location was nice and the view lovely. The restaurant had a good selection for dinner and was very good. Breakfast was okay - but the same think every morning with no variation.

The room was definitely not a superior double room. The owner or manager said it was - it looked like a regular room - nothing superior about it. The light bulb flickered in the bathroom the whole time and we reported it and nothing was done. The room and bathroom were clean, but the shower was mildewed and not clean at all. Yuck!

The hotel was a pleasant surprise for us with its beautiful view over the bay and pleasant staff. Another thing we liked was the cleanliness of our rooms and the prompt service.

The bus stop is some 10-15 minutes walk uphill, not a concern for a young couple. However can be a mount to climb for elder people

Camere per nulla insonorizzate praticamente sembra di dormire tutti nella stenza stanza.......

Парковка всего на 3 машины. Кто не успел - паркуются просто на дороге. В номере не работал Wi-Fi. Каждый спуск на пляж стоит денег, хотя пляж свой. О том, что его посещение платное узнали только при выписке, когда увидили счёт. Ресторан в отеле не понравился, но по дороге к городу (5 минут пешком) есть отличное заведение (Dal Pescatore). Раковина находилась не в ванной комнате, а в самом номере, что не очень удобно.

Pensavo che l'accesso alla "spiaggia " fosse più comodo

Mi ha colpito la posizione a pochi km dal centro storico di Vietri sul Mare.Ha un solarium ed una piccola porzione di spiaggia dove poter bagnarsi.Le camere sono a picco sul mare, pulite e silenziose. La colazione in camera senza addebito del room service è stata gradita. Cucina casereccia, avendo la possibilità di pranzare sulla terrazza direttamente sul mare e parcheggio gratuito.

L'aspetto negativo è il costo della discesa al mare che anche per I clienti dell'hotel è a pagamento ( € 10 a persona).I Prezzi al ristorante sono troppo alti; un pranzo composto da un piatto a persona ed acqua si aggira intorno ai 35/40 euro.La scala che conduce alla spiaggia è pericolante e ripida.

Abbiamo ammirato il panorama del golfo di Salerno dalla camera. Abbiamo trovato confortevoli I servizi gratuiti (sdraio, ombrellone, doccia, piattaforma in legno, ecc.) per il bagno a mare.

La facciata dell'hotel che dà sul mare è da ristrutturare assieme alle ringhiere dei balconi, così come è stato fatto per la facciata che dà sulla strada e per gli interni. Si dovrebbero esporre I prezzari per I pranzi e le cene.

Le camere sono ben arredate in stile moderno ci vorebbe solo una ristrutturata x i balconcini , x la hall ...... dalle camere si sente il rumore del mare è magnifico ...il presonale è cortese .....e il cibo ottimo
