La Lumiere Di Piazza Di Spagna  

We liked everything about the hotel.the location,the room that was very typical of rome,the cleenliness,the balcony from where you could see la piazza di spagna.we recommend it!!!!

Small family hotel with exellent position

Breakfast is poor, every day the same- only one type of cheese, pizza ham, croissant, butter, jam. Bed was uncomfortable, the mattress is firm

Great location; reasonably well-appointed. Staff pleasant and helpful generally; had a problem with lack of water in the bathroom one evening, which thankfully we soreted ourselves after several hours, as all promises to rectify it did not materialise. Noisy other residents! All that said, I would stay here again.

Lumiere´s location was the best, just by Piazza Di Spagna and Fontana Di Trevi! A nice hotel which meet our needs and we are satisfied there, well worth staying there.

Breakfast wasen´t så good and the free internet could be better, it lost it´s connection all the time.

The location of the hotel is superb, it's in the middle of everything (the Spanish Steps, Shops, Metro, etc..) We stayed in a room with a terrace and the ambience was amazing. Although it's not a luxurious hotel (5 floors + 10 rooms, and a little tiny reception & elevator) but it's quite cozy and comfy. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was light and simple (Bread, cheese, butter, jam, juices, fruits, biscuits, and coffee). Overall it's a good saving if you want to enjoy the surrounding area.

The localization is perfect. Orange juice in breakfast is very good.

The free internet was incredibly slow and unreliable.

The location of the hotel is ideal for sightseeing and shopping. It is close to all main attractions of Rome and very easy to walk to at the end of the day. The staff was helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Breakfast could be improved. It was ordinary and not of a very high quality. The coffee was bad, the croissants and cake were terrible and if you went for breakfast at 9.30am the bread was almost finished and they couldn't replenish.

this is a true European hotel...small, quaint but full of charm.

little to no service

You cannot beat this location. My daughter and I were in Rome to shop and see all the sights. This 10 room hotel was perfect. It doesn't offer a lot of frills, but clean and nice, bright rooms. Great if you like being near action and people. You can see the Spanish steps from your room and spagna metro stop is very close and convenient. Don't miss the terrace above the breakfast room--beautiful view of the city!
