A charming, well appointed, boutique hotel, in the best possible location...walking distance to everywhere. Rooms very clean, wireless internet and TV and modern baths, (although small like most european hotels). Hotel staff were wonderful. We loved it.

I had booked airport pick-up by the hotel; upon arrival no driver was waiting, when called the hotel first asked me to wait then claimed that the driver was already at the airport; 5 phone calls an 1 hour after arrival I was finally told to take a taxi; ultimately I missed out on a business appointment I had that evening. Breakfast selection is limited and hours of service not ideal.

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel was very central, great loction for sightseeing and shoopping.

The room was very small, there were three of us in one room there was a large double bed and a camp bed which I didn't feel was satisfactory.

The evening receptionist was very helpful and kind.

The daytime superior receptionist was pretty superior (negative sense) in her attitude. The more junior person was nice and helpful. The hotel should check batteries more frequently: safe, television commander.

Excellent location - in the heart of the Piazza Di Spagna without the traffic noise.

Can't get there in a car rental - only taxis allowed in the neighborhood due to the high pedestrian traffic.

Leider sind die Fenster nicht schalldicht, Aufenthalt daher durch Lärm sehr beeinträchtigt.

Uitstekende ligging tov bezienswaardigheden. Luxe kamerinrichting met alle gewenste voorzieningen. Goede deskservice.

Fohn en safedeposit waren stuk, maar werden onmiddellijk gerepareerd c.q. vervangen. Dus, eigenlijk geen klacht.

La localizacion bastante buena lo unico que no es una zona de muchos restaurantes para por la noche pero a 10 minutos esta piazza navona donde hay bastantes.la habitacion correcta y limpia

No en todas las habitaciones funciona bien la calefaccion para la noche
