Excellent location, kind and helpful staff, clean room
Breakfast could include fresh stuff, such as croissant and / or fruits and vegetables
clean and renovated rooms, kind & helpful peronnel, near to metro station and nice located
Location, location, location Barbara's breakfast and smile Adriano is a great host All you need for a perfect holiday in Rome
Location is the main advantage, near the metro station, piazza spagna and other sightseengs. Room was spacious and cosy, clean, bed's comfortable, wifi was perfect, as the room was near the reception. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Value for money.
Soundproofing is bad. I could listen the neighbors, each word:) And also the door is just near the reception desk. But for me it was not a problem, I stayed only 1 night.
best people. best service
The location of the hotel was great, we were very pleased and we hope to come back again.
Staff was helpful...arranged ride from airport which was very helpful. Also, helped secure reservations for us at local restaurant that only spoke italian. supplied maps and helpful hints.
Full apartment with kitchen and terrace. Located on via del Corso adjacent to Piazza del Popolo
Clean, stylish and updated furniture and decorations, ample room. Breakfast was available between 8 am and 10 am each day. Beautiful terraces from both bedrooms, kitchen and a nice deck to sit on after a day in Rome. Just lovely.
No dish soap or dish towels to clean our dishes. Wi-fi was on and off in the apartment. Had to go downstairs to connect and sit near the door to get coverage.
Unprofessional service. Ensure you know exactly what time you are going to check in and can guarantee you will be there at that time otherwise they won't turn up!
Location was perfect for exploring Rome. Take advantage of the pick up service from the airport. Well worth the 40 euros.
great location, walking distance to all attractions. Friendly staff. Very comfortable.
The biggest advantage is the location itself!!! Via del corso, next to piazza del poppolo, shops, restaurants, taxi, everything you need! It was great. Level of this B&B is in the good level, clean, nice and calm.
There is no balcony, but its just personal preferences and this is not a minus, just a comment. In general, everything was good! Рекомендую всем!!!! Настоятельно.
pros great location( metro and bus stations are all very close 2 mins by foot, Spanish steps / fontana di trevi / Colosseum are all approachable by foot, all the big shop franchises like Nike addidas foot locker Zara etc are located on via del corso the road the hotel itself is located) great stuff ( the stuff was extremely helpful and polite) nice breakfast ( had everything you needed to eat and the made you fresh espresso on top of that ) very clean (both the room, the breakfast area and the hotel itself) quiet enough (the room was very quiet despite being on one of the most busy roads in rome / the room was very beautiful) free wifi
the only con is that a small refrigerator is not provided in the room so if someone wants to preserve food or something it's not possible.
We booked a quad room expecting a room with four beds and a bathroom, so we were pleasantly surprised when we were given a little apartment with its own kitchen and terrace. The location is perfect to see the main attractions on foot. Tram, metro and bus stop were only a five minute walk away.
Very nice, helpful and delicate people. Cozy place. Goethe lived in the same house two centuries ago, if you love his poetry this fact might inspire you. The area is close to most of the sights but not overcrowded.
The coffee is better to take outside, the machine used to make it got no idea of it.
Liked the central location, spacious room, friendly atmosphere.
The location was great... Near all the shops and nice piazza's. Great location to spanish steps. The staff were great, very accommodating and friendly. No complaints. The room was lovely and very clean.
Location and breakfast - the staff make you cappuccino which is a nice start to the day! Staff were very friendly and helpful despite not speaking much English.
Difficult to find as there are no signs at street level. Wi-fi did not work for first few days.
I think it is a fantastic place to live in a new destination, we will choose it again~love it!
The team was really nice. The place is excellent, as Via del Corso is the most important avenue in the historical center of Rome. It is near the metro stop. Good soundproofing, although the avenue was quite busy. The wifi connection was great and they supplied transportation to the airport. Adrian and Michela were always avaiable. We hope to come back soon.
Very friendly hosts, the hotel is clean and the location is great!
Location is excellent ...right in the heart of Rome. Quiet room due to double glazing. Staff (when they are there) are friendly & helpful, bed is clean & comfy. Arranging a driver for airport transfer and the rate for that driver was excellent and much appreciated.
As a B & B you shouldn't expect too much but the staff are seldom there, the breakfast room too small to accommodate the number of guests, no bowls for cereal, no milk for cereal, thin plastic cups for juice and no fruit whatsoever ! As a B & B they are not doing the breakfast very well. Supplies...i.e. soap, toilet paper etc are not replenished every day and there are no tissues in the room. Also there is no way to make yourself a cup of coffee/tea as there are no supplies/kettle for guest use. Just need to lift their game a bit and it would be an excellent stop when in Rome.
The location is absolutely perfect. Very short walk to major attractions in Rome. The room was very comfortable ( Room no.4) and the personnel is excellent.
Breakfast room is very small but the location of the property erase all negative things if any besides this.
