Regarding the room, I felt a little cold; there was no kettle; and the view was on the close opposite building.
Regarding the breakfast, the coffee was weak and the pastries were a little dry.
Charming room and B&B, I felt like living in Rome rather than staying at a hotel.
The location is very central, near the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Travestere, the Vatican and much more. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well as a convenient supermarket and great gelaterias.
Very friendly and helpful staff, always available
Map and advice were provided at arrival
The breakfast was varied and there was a lot to choose from, including a selection of fresh foods such as whole fruits, yogurts, breads, brioche, tarts and pastries, ham, salami and cheese (although the B&B seems to only have 3 double rooms!).
