Residence La Maison Jolie  

It was located under the flight path to the Airport and extremely noisy. The staff was hostile if not rude. They sent us to closed restaurants and clearly did not enjoy their jobs.

Cleaning staff was excellent and one of the clerks plus the shuttle driver.

There was no internet in the room though it was advertised and a major consideration in booking. When we arrived there was no hot water in the room, and there weren't 2 keys to the room. The shuttle is too expensive to the airport and it was very difficult to find the shuttle at the airport so we ended up taking a cab. Please put clear directions on the website. One of your clerks is not very proficient in giving directions. The breakfast was cheap and inedible. There was literally nothing healthy to eat.

Airport shuttle is not free

Quite close to the Fiumicino airport (only 15 euro for a taxi at midnight). I only stayed there for one night, and it was an excellent option for me.

Loved the warm towels in the bathroom and a great shower. very clean.

Wish there had been an English TV channel and perhaps not so bedroom like. There were 3 beds but no lounge chairs- a table a chairs were there though. Close to the airport which was great.

Stayed here the night before an early flight and it was fine. Pretty basic with no amenities but it served its purpose and more importantly only 3 km to Fiumicino airport and the price is right given hotel prices in and around the airport.

We wanted a place to stay close to the airport. La Maison Jolie was perfect, providing a spacious, immaculate and well-appointed room.

They had availability last minute. We wanted to stay close to the airport for our last night in Rome before our flight the next day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Pretty much a full kitchen with table a chairs. The breakfast was decent, typical of a European hotel breakfast. A selection of breads, croissants and sweets and cereal. A toaster, coffee machine, hams, cheeses, jams, juice and fruit.

The only thing was that the bathtub was dirty. Looked like they cleaned it but then left the dirty bits at the bottom without rinsing it down. It's no Hilton but it was reasonably cheap, comfortable and close to the airport.

They had a shuttle for 6 euros that took you right to the airport. The shuttle driver was very friendly. There was a small refrigerator in the room, which was nice as it was extremely hot and humid in July. The airconditioner worked great

Internet only works if you are sitting in the lobby. There is a restaurant about a half of mile down the road. Other than that you can walk a ways to go to the supermercado, which has a decent selection of groceries.

Great location. Have stayed there five times. Cheapest in the area. Rooms are fine, usually, but inconsistently. Very clean. Basic. Not high on comfort, but convenient... Once you find it. You will need a gps. Seriously.

No heating or cooling in my single room. (Wall unit with no remote) Wrong plug (unusable) for the hair dryer. No cup or glass, not even a plastic one! Stayed here five times, each time my small kitchen unit had differing supplies, when I brought my coffee pot it had one, when I didn't, it did not have one. Tough luck. They said "It depends on the unit." Hmm. May have cups...may not. Really wanted a cup of coffee, not a crap shoot. Ok, ho hum. Italian hotels are so "hard" meaning, sound bounces and the floors are cold and hard. Vivo in Italian per piu' di trent'anni, quindi e' un prejudizio ben maturato! Non si smentiscono mai.

La cordialita' del personale dello staff. La stanza era confortevole ed attrezzata. La colazione era buona.

Mancava la carta igienica,saponette o bagno schiuma, c'erano delle lampadine fulminate.

Ottima vicinanza all'aeroporto. Camera ottima e pulita staff gentile e preparato.

La cercanía al aeropuerto, tienen servicio de transporte para llevarte al aeropuerto

Que te dicen que hay internet en las recamaras

Molto semplice, per qualcuno che è singole è piacevole. E poi la casa è abbastanza silenziosa e tranquilla. non ho avuto il tempo di conoscere la città stessa.

Ikke oppvarming på baderom. Vanskelig å finne, - dårlig skilting. Dødt område dersom man vil ut og ta seg en matbit.

Ottima posizione per vicinanza all'aeroporto, servizio navetta per Fiumicino a 6 euro. Bella struttura, camera molto pulita e personale cortese.
