Residence La Maison Jolie  

Le petit-déjeuner est de piètre qualité : Pas d'eau chaude Pas de vrai thé Pas de pain frais le reste étant de qualité "industrielle" / Décevant et inacceptable

Complexe hôtelier qui porte bien son nom ! dans lequel on se sent bien immediatement! Le service d'accueil y est pour beaucoup : hommes et femmes ; accueil , menage , shuttle, adoptent un relationnel de tres grande qualité ! le sourire n'est pas commercial ! ils n'hésitent pas à donner des conseils pratiques tres utiles . La presence d'une petite cuisine dans la chambre spacieuse ,est bien venue. Le rapport qualité /prix est très bien. Les hôtels intra Rome , plus chers sont bien en dessous ! c'est un peu éloigné du centre de rome mais pour un séjour de 3 nuits : il serait interressant de tout calculer.

The proximity to the Fiumicino airport and the airport shuttle were two great perks. The breakfast room and the food they provided were also a welcome benefit.

The location in a side street left something to be desired, as did the fact that they didn't have working phones in the room. The tv wasn't working either.

Needed a place to stay near the airport and this was excellent. communication before arrival was optimal- and getting there with my family after midnight was no issue. large rooms with kitchen. could stay an extra two hours after check out time. very convenient considering travel with 2 small children

Only thing we liked was a nice local wine bar and restaurant around the corner

Room was not clean, shower/bath was awful, cups not washed etc. Would not recommend this hotel even for one night to catch a flight. Web description of refurbished rooms is not accurate (or very dated)

If you want to sleep during the night then never go to that hotel....the soundproof was terrible, I heard all conversations around including reception. I was bitten all around by some bugs (not by mosquitoes). The size of bed was terrible (camp like stile). TV did not work at all. For your info: taxi to / from airport cost 20 euro one way. No any food & drinks around after 2230.

It was located under the flight path to the Airport and extremely noisy. The staff was hostile if not rude. They sent us to closed restaurants and clearly did not enjoy their jobs.

Cleaning staff was excellent and one of the clerks plus the shuttle driver.

There was no internet in the room though it was advertised and a major consideration in booking. When we arrived there was no hot water in the room, and there weren't 2 keys to the room. The shuttle is too expensive to the airport and it was very difficult to find the shuttle at the airport so we ended up taking a cab. Please put clear directions on the website. One of your clerks is not very proficient in giving directions. The breakfast was cheap and inedible. There was literally nothing healthy to eat.

Quite close to the Fiumicino airport (only 15 euro for a taxi at midnight). I only stayed there for one night, and it was an excellent option for me.

Loved the warm towels in the bathroom and a great shower. very clean.

Wish there had been an English TV channel and perhaps not so bedroom like. There were 3 beds but no lounge chairs- a table a chairs were there though. Close to the airport which was great.

Stayed here the night before an early flight and it was fine. Pretty basic with no amenities but it served its purpose and more importantly only 3 km to Fiumicino airport and the price is right given hotel prices in and around the airport.

We wanted a place to stay close to the airport. La Maison Jolie was perfect, providing a spacious, immaculate and well-appointed room.

They had availability last minute. We wanted to stay close to the airport for our last night in Rome before our flight the next day. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. Pretty much a full kitchen with table a chairs. The breakfast was decent, typical of a European hotel breakfast. A selection of breads, croissants and sweets and cereal. A toaster, coffee machine, hams, cheeses, jams, juice and fruit.

The only thing was that the bathtub was dirty. Looked like they cleaned it but then left the dirty bits at the bottom without rinsing it down. It's no Hilton but it was reasonably cheap, comfortable and close to the airport.

They had a shuttle for 6 euros that took you right to the airport. The shuttle driver was very friendly. There was a small refrigerator in the room, which was nice as it was extremely hot and humid in July. The airconditioner worked great

Internet only works if you are sitting in the lobby. There is a restaurant about a half of mile down the road. Other than that you can walk a ways to go to the supermercado, which has a decent selection of groceries.

Mancava la carta igienica,saponette o bagno schiuma, c'erano delle lampadine fulminate.
