We liked the location, the lovely view from our seaside balcony, the friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the cleanliness and the unspoilt/authentic 197os interior decor. All in all a lovely spot. Perhaps the breakfast, though merely categorized as "continental", was a bit on the "frugal" side. |

Great location Very poor breakfast...rooms in serious need of updating and refurnishing, ad page not honest about private beach access possibility, in general, way too expensive for a tourist class, outdated hotel - obviously the owners believe that their location justifies the price. |

hotel was in good location I did not like the room which had too much old fashioned furniture and a big old, noisey air con unit. Very noisey outside even with windows shut! In my opinion this hotel was not worth 110euros - there far better b&b's that are better value. |

The restaurat on the 5th floor has a perfect view over the sea and the whole coast. The english talking staff was very helpful. Yes, to serve more than just breakfast in the restaurant (lunch/dinner). To build a swimmingpool on the roof, that could be perfect! |

The fridge in the room was great for keeping water cool, the hotels proximity to the shops and town of algehro. Close to restaurants. Would have liked an english channel on the television and maby tea/coffee making facilities in the room. |

It was in the middle of the old town. The rooftop terrace. The pass for the beach with umbrella and deckchairs. Beds narrow. Small room. Shower curtain too small so flooded bathroom each time and no bath mat. |

Not much, the complimentary bus to the beach was ok but it would have been nice to have a return trip. The air conditioning in the room worked very well. The hotel was appalling, the rooms were tiny, the furnishings were very poor. The shower did not work properly despite complaining about it first thing Saturday morning no one came to fix it.The flower baskets outside the balcony were tired, unwatered and plants dead. The hotel boasts a gymnasium what joke, a couple of ancient pieces of equipment. The continental breakfast was a disgrace , the staff were arguing in the restaurant. The one receptionist who worked the morning shift whilst there was pleasant but that is all.I think plants placed in old baths is very cheap and tacky. The whole hotel needs upgrading. Overpriced for what it was. |

This is a good, basic, friendly hotel in a central location. Close to town centre / old town / port, and shops, restaurants and airport bus stop. |

We only stayed one night. Because we had to go to the airport very early next day. The hotel is very close to the old city in Alghero. That was fine. At first we got a room, that was not cleaned. The person in the reception did not understand english very much (that was normal on Sardegna), but we got another. When we waited we heard a talk at the reception. A mother and her son (about 7 years old) had made a reservation at this hotel, - and they had prepayed. But when they wantede their room, the man in the reception told her, - that it was cancelled....... that she did not understand. We did not hear what happened next. |

Location and cleanliness, was spotless. Short walk to old town and bus stop, couldnt fault location. If you want clean, basic hotel in good location this is perfect. Breakfast was poor but seems to be same everywhere, reception staff were lovely but the owner was not friendly at all. Basic amentities but what we expected. |

A good central location for Alghero which is a really nice town and good base. Hotel itself a bit old fashioned with potentially lovely rooftop terrace which needs some work done on it. Staff friendly. A bit old fashioned but clean etc |

I walked the 2k to the beach each day. This hotel is better if you wish to explore the old town. I had been to Alghero before so was prepared for the long walk to the beach although this is along a new promenade which borders the marina. My paperwork showed my check in as 12 noon but on arriving at the hotel very hot, at 11.45, the receptionist said it was 2p.m. Not resolved satisfactorily. |

Good rooms with sea view at the top floor. Nice view from breakfast terace. Very close to old town. Rooms at the first floor are too noisy from the street. Breakfast is good for one day. If you stay more, it's seems poor. |

Clean lovely room with small balcony and seaside view. Air conditioner. Helpful staff. Capacious fridge in the room. It is more than enough for *** hotel. There is also a private beach with free facilities. Poor breakfast.Beach is a little bit far from the hotel (2 km). But anyway I would choose this hotel again. |
