absolute excellent brilliant and perfectly helpful staff, location at the seaside, nice view, easy access (but no sign so it's not easy to get here for first time) |

Not a lot. However, one person stood out as being very friendly and helpful. He is known as Sri Lanka. He desreves a pay rise as he works very hard. I hope the hotel appreciates this man. There was no shuttle service to Sorrento as we understand the term. I felt trapped at the remote hotel with absolutely nothing to do. Evening entertainment was very poor. All facilities are open to the general public. It's a club really not a proper hotel. My shower cubicle was installed on day 4 of my 7 day stay. My bacon and eggs in the morning were always cold - not good enough. |

Hotel was closed because of local electical failure. La Maison put us in a 4 star with the same rate. The staff was great. However La Maison view was much better. I would have liked to stay there. The A/C did not work at the "Nastro Azzuro". |

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, la gentillesse et la cordialité du personnel, ainsi que la situation idyllique en haut d'une falaise, dans la baie de Naples en face de Capri. Le petit déjeuner pris en bord de mer dans la salle de l'hôtel principal (La maison est une annexe indépendante), la possibilité d'utiliser les équipements de bain (piscine, solarium...). Nous avons regretté l'absence de climatisation, seul un ventilateur permet de survivre en cas de grosse chaleur. |

L'hotel La Maison è distante circa 2000 metri dal mare posizionato a picco sul mare raggiungibile attraverso una strada tortuosa con navetta, o con mezzo personale. Ma, offre tutti i servizi Spiaggia/mare del complesso "Sea club - Conca Azzurra" posizionato direttamente sul mare in un contesto ottimo L'hotel La Maison può essere considerata la dependance del "Sea club - Conca Azzurra", non offre di per sè servizi. Non c'è un bar e la sitemazione è poco adatta alla presenza di bambini piccoli |

La possibilità di usufruire dell'attrezzatissimo lido senza lo stress del parcheggio. Prezzi troppo cari per chi volesse mangiare al ristorante dell'albergo. |

staff dell'hotel gentilissimo e molto professionale!struttura nuova, sul mare(scogliera), dotato di piscina molto bella. camere ampie, pulite, ben tenute, tutte con vista mare.colazione eccellente, parcheggio ampio e gratuito in loco. ottimo rapporto qualita'/prezzo (la mia camera è costata 50 euro a notte). |

Il sea club offre comfort di un 4 stelle superior ad un prezzo di un due stelle. Nuovissimo e ben curato sul mare. Stanze di circa 30mq e bagno con idromassaggio. Prenotate senza esitare. La crema di nocciola esiste solo di una marca e non è quella presente a colazione. Bisognerebbe fare qualcosa per la spiaggia |

L'originalité du lieu du petit-déjeuner (par ailleurs fort bon) qui se prend au bord de la mer, alors que l'hôtel "La Maison Conca Azzura" est en haut d'une falaise. On peut s'y rendre soit à pied, soit par la navette de l'hôtel. Ventilation de la salle de bain trop bruyante |
