Centralt läge i gammal stads del. Nära till buss ,tåg, båtförbindelser,affärer och restauranger. Liten hiss, många trappsteg att gå. |

Fräscht och smakfullt inrett. Bästa tänkbara service från hotellpersonal som på ett trevligt sätt gav tips och goda råd. Dessutom tillhandahöll hotellet karta över stan! Utmärkt! |

Det låg väldigt centralt, och det var mycket nära till bageri och supermarket. Dessutom var det ca 200 meter till centrum och 300 till stranden! Köket var lite för lite till att verkligen kunna laga mat i , då det bara fanns 2 kokplatter, så man fick inte plats med både stor kastrull+ stekpanna samtidigt, det var lite jobbigt. |

Good location and nice appartment. We got a lot of good information from the staff what to do and where to go - that was excellent. They didn't clean the appartment, and we got no fresh towels. Also no soap and nothing available to clean the dishes. However, friendly staff who helped you out when asked. Good appartment, but not for 5 nights (too long without cleaning) |

Gaspare was very helpful and gave us great advice to ensure we made the most of our time in Trapani. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was central and provided easy access to shops, bus and port. |

very well located in the old town of Trapani , very well decorated . I had a top floor apt with large terrace and view of Erice. I'd like to have a knife to be do some cooking !!! |

At La mattanza the accomodation was very large, and central for everything. including the port beach and shops/restaurants. lovely bakers next door the bread was the best i ever tasted. The apartment is in a residential area and was very noisy, it did not lookover the old town as i was led to belive our apartment looked over other apartments opposite. The lift was not working at first and we only found out how to use it on the last day it could have done with some heating as it was october and quite cold at night |

It's central location was excellent for access to the old town and although the building was old and lacked a proper lift, the rooms had recently been renovated so the interior decor was colourful, fun & stylish. Gaspare, the guy who runs the facility is very welcoming and helpful. He even came to find us on thr first night when we could find the apartment block due to the crazy one way system in Trapani town centre.We were only 300 yards from the place but could have been circling all night until he showed us a way to get through to the appartment using the local rat runs. Very difficult to find - up a maze of one way streets, and an impossible parking situation which meant parking anywhere vaguly near the appartment was a task that took over an hour each time you moved the car. |

Nice & central location, newly refurbished building and rooms, excellent service by the manager, Gaspare. The beds were very "Italian", i.e. much harder than we Scandinavians prefer. Another mattress on top would be good. |

Excellent choice of accommodation with superb staff on hand to advise the best things to do in trapani. The facilities were spotless and perfectly located in the old town part of Trapani. I would highly reccommend this facility for self catering accommodation. |

Everything, it was central and very clean and had everything you need for a nice weeks break. Gaspare the manager had excellent english and was very very helpful |

The staff are friendly and very helpful, speak English, and were always available to handle any questions or queries we had. The apartment was clean and newly furnished. Very close to all amenities. (groceries, pharmacy, bakery ...) |

The apartment was very central (in the old town) with a bakery, supermarket, fruit/veg store on the doorstep. The shops, port, railway/bus stations as well as beautiful gardens were about 10 mins walk away. The apartment was spacious and as it was a first let everything was brand new and of a high quality. It would be possible to self-cater as there was plenty of good quality kitchen equipment including a full cooker supplied. The decor was very modern and tasteful. Staff were very pleasant and most helpful. |

A large modern, comfortable apartment, lovely large balcony, very central beside port and shops. Only had one man lift, not suitable for the elderly, lots of stairs. On the last day lift was not working had to pull bags down stairs approx 80 and very narrow. |

Kitchen facilities good. Apartment clean and spacious Facilities and amenities were not accurate description.Not wooden floors,not panoramic views ,rear view ,scaffolding on building,front view overlooking local housing.No mention of stairs,many! There was a small old lift which was constantly not working! Not for unfit people! Dog fouling outside! |

La amplitud del apartamento No tenía servicio de habitaciones, los 3 días tuvimos que hacer nosotros la cama.., no teníamos toallas de baño. Estuvimos un día sin luz y tuvimos que ser nosotros mismos( los clientes) quienes arreglásemos los plomos...pues no había nadie en el hotel que lo solventase. |

De ontvangst en de attente wijze van uitleg met betrekking tot de bereikbaarheid van de verschillende bezienswaardigheden. De kwaliteit het appartement en de ligging ten opzichte van het centrum. De bereikbaarheid van La Mattanza zelf is wat lastig evenals het parkeren. Ook de omschrijving van het uitzicht over het historische centrum is niet in overeenstemming met de werkelijkheid. Je hebt slechts uitzicht naar de oude huizen aan de overzijde van de smalle straat. |

accueil chaleureux de Gaspard, conseil pour organiser le séjours précis et efficace en italien ou en anglais, un réel souci de client serviable arrangeant. l'appartement au 4ième étage avec terrasse est clair chaleureux moderne superbe le ménage de la salle de bain et de la vaiseelle de la cuisine à surveiller peut être amélioré |
