The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had problems with the hot water. There was also no safe in the room. The breakfast was rather bland. It would also be good if internet was available as it was quite a walk to find an internet cafe. |

The helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel with only a 10 minute stroll into Sorrento square, and yet far away enough from the main road not to be annoyed by all the Valentino Rossi wannabees on their scooters! Lovely lemon grove directly opposite! |

The staff service was excellent. They were very helpful, especially about enquiries regarding short trips near Sorrento like Capri, Pompei, etc. The hotel is also conveniently located 5 minutes away from the train station and 10 minutes walk from Taso Plaza. The rooms were not ready when we arrived from the train station, even though it had been communicated to us that we could check in at 1pm. We had to wait until 5pm. The rooms were also a bit small, especially since there were 3 of us in the room. The items provided for breakfast were limited. |

This is a small but good value 3 star hotel. Although it has not many extra facilities (pool etc) it's rooms are spacious (for Italy) and clean. Although we didn't have an evening meal at the hotel, the breakfast was more than adecate. It's location is very convenient to most things. The marina to go to capri, is a 10 minute walk and shopping and restaurants only 5 minutes away. The train station to get to pompeii and the buses to amalfi are a 2 minute walk. The staff were always friendly and helpful, providing us with information on local transport and attractions. We enjoyed our stay. |

Helpful staff at front desk, nice breakfast. Restaurant staff useless. Seemed to only speak the regional dialect and charged expressos for breakfast without warning. |

The hotel was well located, close to bus, ferries and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were not helpful with providing maps, information on the area or getting around. The did not seem to like being asked questions either. They also were quite pushy with check out - chasing us out of the recpetion area at 9am, to remind us we needed to be out by 10am. We were only ducking out to the pharmacy! |

The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great- we had waiters serving us. The view over the bay was amazing. Location was good- it was only a short walk to the station and the main square of Sorrento. |

Very good location, safe parking - the hotel is very close to the police station. The breakfast was adequate and tasty. You have to pay extra € 10.00 for a/c; I would not expect this for a 3 stars hotel in Europe. |
