Everything was fine excepting hotel location - we had a late flight to Treviso and it was very difficult to reach the hotel, so we had to take a taxi. |

Rooms on the first floor are much better and bigger than rooms on thirdy floor.Parking is free.Breakfast is very good.Wireless does't work on thirdy floor in room,but work on first floor. |

The hotel is on the main road from treviso airport. The centre of Mogliano Veneto is very near where one can go an eat or have a drink during the evening. Ample parking space. Breakfast is good and has a machine which makes all kind of sorts of different coffees, chocolate drink etc. |

Very kind and helpful staff on reception. Excellent coffee and breakfast buffet. Advice: try to get a room from 2nd floor upwards, so you’ll get a nice balcony as well. Best connection to Venice via train. Only 6 or 8 minutes from Hotel to Train station. For 2€ you get into Venice |

Everything was excellent for this price and location (10 km from Venice). The hotel is really 4 stars, the room is big and well equipped. The breakfast is excellent and the stuff were very helpful. The location is close to railway station so is very easy to reach Venice. For families with small children/babies is excellent. We asked by email for a baby cot and when we reach the hotel, the room was already prepared for our 1yo baby. We had excellent moments there and if we think to come back sometimes to visit Venice again, for sure we'll choose the same hotel. |

The room was a medium size and it was really clean. The breakfast was good. The room was not 4*, it wasn't luxurious, it was simply and old furnished. But according to the price, and because it was that clean and comfortble, it was more then OK. |

Perfect location. To Venice only 20min by train. Great breakfast and helpful staff. Air conditioning was switched off in the whole hotel (outside was 29 degrees, so we got a ventilator after we had complained of that). Wifi is only in the surrounding of the reception. The walls in the hotel are very thin, we heard everything from the adjoining room. |

The room was what I expected, very good looking. we reserve (and payed) two nights and the first night we were sent to another hotel, 10 km more distant from Venice... there were no apollogies and no compensation for that fact!!!! The hotel is not 4 star... 3 star at the most! |

Cheap, close to Venezia. Not bed breakfast. Free parking. Fridge. We had to wait one hour before our room was cleaned and we could check-in, although we arrived at the right time for that. Old type safe without a key. No tea maker. |

The breakfast offered a wide variety of everything. The coffee machine serves excellent coffee. The hotel staff was very friendly. Close to the train station, good connections. The room was really big and offered a convenient stay. Nothing to complain about. |

We picked this hotel because of its proximity to Venice - hotels in Venice were overpriced and this was a 20-minute train ride away. The hotel was very close to the train station and we felt safe in the town. The room we had was large, airy, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was absolutely superb - plenty of fresh fruit, breads, meats, cheeses, and drinks in an elegantly appointed dining room. The staff were polite and helpful with all our questions, although I think it helped that we made an effort to speak Italian to them. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again. |

Very good for Family with very big family room. Nice breakfast and perfect for day trip to Venise. Only 25 minutes by train, 200 meters from the Station. Very good restaurant opposite the Hotel open very late. |

Hotel was great, and the our room was great too, spacios, clean and comfortable. It was the one from the photos, but I saw other rooms on the oposite side and they weren't that good. They were rather small with the different furniture. It is located 20min from the Venice by train. Parking is excellent. Staff were great, very helpful. Breakfast was also very good. On the other side, internet is a huge problem in the hotel. Seems that only at the reception you can have a signal. We didn't have it in our room on the first floor. |
