Very nice hotel, clean and very good service. Great local cusine at reasonable price. Nice are and views. Friendly staff. Language problem, staff hardly speaks other languages apart from italian,

The restaurant had really good food. The room have really old carpet. Although the room was clean, the carpet was kinda gross. No air conditioning, no elevator. We were visiting Volterra and it was about 30 minutes for there. The city that the hotel is in was very nice with great restaurants.

Cette etape a été l'une des meilleur de notre séjour en toscane.le personnel est vraiment serviable et gentil. La piscine est très bien. L'hotel est à 5mn du village à pied et le village est vraiment joli...(petit bar sympa sur la place. Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon la bistecca etait magique et les ravioli ricotta orange un delice! Merci à toute l'equipe!! Pas de clim dans la chambre...

La ubicación, es un lugar silencioso en la montaña. Me ha parecido bastante caro (90€ la noche), la relación calidad/precio no ha sido buena. Al llegar no nos ayudaron a subir las maletas, y es un buen tramo de escaleras. A las 09:00 pasaban el aspirador en la habitación de al lado. Se anuncia con tv en las habitaciones y la nuestra no tenía. Para el precio que cuesta el desayuno resulta algo simple, no está cuidado, he estado en hoteles más baratos donde se preocupan de dar un desayuno de mayor calidad. ¿Alquiler de bicicletas, dónde? Muy arrepentida de la elección.

Accueil médiocre. Piscine interdite, mais bain de soleil autorisé ! Visiblement la piscine n'avait pas été nettoyée depuis plusieurs jours... Petit déjeuner moyen.
